    On 3/2/25, I signed up for *************************'s yearly subscription on their website that had a three-day free trial period; after the free trial, I was to be charged $539.00. There is a cancel anytime choice advertised when signing up as well. At sign-up, it says the total after the trial would be $539.00, but $0 is due at sign-up. When finishing the free trial sign-up, it immediately charged me. Within 5 minutes, I chatted with customer service, and they said, "All purchases are non-refundable. However, we can escalate your request to our team, and we can process a refund with a deduction equivalent to one month's regular price, and you will receive the remaining." Undetectable ai has scammed me, and even after reaching out and not using the services at all due to the free trial not being legitimate, I have asked for a full refund. They keep telling me a refund will be processed in ***** hours, but now, three days later, they still have not.

    First, I would like to express my frustration at having my initial complaint closed by your team due to the following reason, "We regret to inform you that Better Business Bureau is unable to process your complaint. Our investigation has revealed that Undetectable AI does not maintain a permanent physical presence in our service area (***************** and *******)." As an individual seeking resolution through an advocacy organization like yours, I am disheartened that the complaint was closed without any opportunity for further discussion or response. I kindly request that this situation is not handled in this manner moving forward.I originally created an account with Undetectable AI in July, but when I attempted to log in for the first time in August, I encountered an issue where the website required me to request a login email, which I never received. Upon contacting their customer support, I was advised to create a new account using a ****** email address, and they would transfer my account detailsan approach that seemed questionable. I immediately requested a refund, but the customer support team ceased communication at that point.Since then, I have contacted their customer support via chat five times, each time being told that my issue would be escalated to the billing department, with a promised response within 12 hours. Unfortunately, no one has followed up.I respectfully request your support in resolving this matter.**** ******

    I am so frustrated. But, I will try other sources. Your email links do not work, however. You are definitely not providing any help here.

    I have reason to believe that this business may be engaging in fraudulent activity. I initially signed up for their service in August but did not attempt to use it until September, at which point I was unable to log in. When I reached out to customer service, I was instructed to create a new account using a ****** email address and to purchase another subscription. I informed them that I did not wish to do so, after which all communication ceased. This correspondence occurred through their chat feature, as there is no phone support available.After contacting my credit card company, they provided me with a phone number for the business, but it turned out to be disconnected. The credit card company also indicated that they cannot assist with non-product disputes and advised me to file a complaint with you.
