I signed up for a free trial on 8/20/25 and canceled the trial on the same day. I also requested that my account be deleted that same day, and the their website immediately confirmed that it was done.However, I received a charge on my credit card on 8/24/25 in the amount of $65.46. I have started the chargeback process on my credit card. I have read SO MANY other people who have also been fraudulently charged by this company. I signed up for Undetectable AIs free trial on August 14, 2025, expecting no charges unless I upgraded. Within the first minute of using the trial, the company charged my credit card $250 without clear consent or warning. This was not disclosed transparently, and I did not agree to an immediate paid subscription.When I contacted their support, they initially suggested they would process a refund, even stating approved in writing, but later retracted this and offered only to roll over credits. I have not received a refund despite multiple requests. I believe this constitutes deceptive billing practices and misrepresentation of a free trial offer.I am requesting full reimbursement of the $250 and investigation into the companys billing practices to prevent other consumers from being charged in the same manner.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to Undetectable AI for a $19/month plan. However, I later discovered that they were fraudulently charging my card twice every month a total of $38/month despite the fact that I only had one active subscription and no other accounts associated with my card.These unauthorized duplicate charges occurred every month on the 8th for six consecutive months, totaling $228 for a $114 service. Once I caught the issue, I immediately contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my subscription and stop charging my card. They claimed they would but the very next month, I was charged twice again on the 8th.This is not just poor business practice its fraudulent. I was charged double every month for a single subscription, even after requesting cancellation. I am not simply asking for a refund of the extra money I am demanding a full refund of all $228 due to the continuous and unauthorized misuse of my payment ************** resolve this, I am requesting:A full refund of $228 Written confirmation that my subscription has been canceled Proof that no further charges will be made to my card If this is not addressed immediately, I will be pursuing further action through my bank and other consumer protection avenues.Business Response

Undetectable AI is engaging in deceptive billing practices by duplicating subscriptions for its customers. This system flaw results in only one active subscription being visible to the user, while a hidden duplicate subscription remains active and continues to be chargedwithout the customers knowledge or ability to cancel it.I canceled my subscription in January through the available method on their platform. However, I continued to be charged. After reaching out to their support team, they acknowledged that their system is duplicating subscriptions and confirmed that the ongoing charges were due to a hidden subscription only visible on their end.Despite admitting fault and confirming this technical issue, Undetectable AI has refused to issue a refund for any charges incurred since my cancellation. With the proliferation of AI-generated content, it is impossible to know whether someone's genuine work is theirs, or AI-based. Upon putting my own content through an AI-detector, it continually showed that my work was 50-80% AI-generated, although none of it was.I decided to follow a link for *************************'s product which promised to "humanize" content and make it pass any AI-detectors.I signed up for a 3-day free trial, which was already a scam, as you can not humanize more than 250 words over the 3 day period which is no more than a paragraph. I then upgraded to their $60 yearly plan, after seeing assurances of "cancel anytime" on their website.The humanized product was ridiculous, including grammatically incorrect words like "who're." So after 5 minutes, I canceled, and wrote the customer service requesting a refund.I was told there is no refund, too bad, I should have read the terms and ************* fully a scam. On May 25, 2025, a charge of $31 was made to my ******** account by ******************** for a subscription renewal. This charge was processed with no prior billing notice, no email alert, and no receipt. This wasnt a one-time errorI have never received a billing notification or receipt for any charge since opening my account with them.Even worse, their website offers no way to view past payments or billing history. Theres no transaction log, invoice record, or dashboard to check what youve been charged or when. That is unacceptable for any company charging consumers on a recurring basis.When I contacted the company, I was denied a refund and told I had agreed to recurring billing in their terms. But terms and conditions do not excuse a complete lack of transparency. Every legitimate subscription service I use sends a reminder before charging and a receipt afterward. Undetectable AI does neither.The purpose of billing notices is to give customers time to cancel or prepare. What if I didnt have enough funds? A surprise charge could have overdrafted me. I purchased their service expecting the product to perform as advertised. On March 16, 2025, I signed up for what was advertised as a 3-day free trial with Undetectable AI. However, my credit card was immediately charged $539.00, which contradicts their stated offer of a trial period before billing.Additionally, their credit system was misleading. I was under the impression that credits equated to document usage, but instead, I was charged ***** credits for a 1,000-word article, far exceeding expectations based on their advertising. The product also failed its intended use the first document I tested was flagged by ZeroGPT as detectable, which undermines the core feature the service promotes.I contacted support multiple times, and their replies were dismissive. They confirmed the billing was annual and upfront, but failed to address the bait-and-switch nature of the free trial or the deceptive credit-to-word ratio. After multiple complaints, they sent a vague reply stating that a refund request would be escalated to their billing department and reviewed within 35 days, but no refund has been issued to date.I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and am documenting this experience for future reference. On March 17th $60 was taken from me by this scandalous business. The business promised to give me the tools to humanize AI text. But the part that was not included in the free trial was how I could only humanize a certain number of words. With me seeing this I canceled my free trial and moved on with my life. Then 3 days later I get a sum of $60 taken from my bank and I go to their website to try and dispute this and their so called help center leaves me on read for a total of 22 hours. Then when they finally respond they tell me that they have a no refund policy and that the money was *PROBABLY*taken out because I "asked for more words or exceeded their word limit". This is false once I realized I couldn't humanize what I needed I immediately canceled my subscription TWICE! because I noticed when I did it the first time it still said I was subscribed. Now they refuse to give me back my money and won't respond to my email nor give me any sort of help on their customer support system.
