    Business Name: Undetectable AI Issue: Refused refund despite failed or unsatisfactory service Transaction Date: 03/29/2025 I am filing a complaint against a company called Undetectable AI, an online platform that advertises the ability to rewrite AI-generated content in a way that bypasses AI detection tools. I purchased their service expecting the product to perform as advertised. However, the results were either inconsistent, unusable, or failed to pass AI detection tools, defeating the entire purpose of the purchase.Upon contacting the company to request a refund, I received either no response or a refusal to refund, despite clearly stating that the service did not deliver the promised results. Their customer service was unresponsive or dismissive, and no fair resolution was offered.I am requesting a full refund and that appropriate action be taken to hold this company accountable for what appears to be deceptive marketing and poor customer support.Desired Outcome:Full refund of the amount paid: $42 Investigation into this business for misleading claims and refund refusal Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Zabihollah Najafianashrafi *********************

    Business offers free trial for services. I was then charged $19. I used the service and the results were poor and unusable quality. There solution was to retry again to see if it's different, it was not. Then they said no refunds. Ignored my message where I said it's supposed to be free in the first place

    On March 16, 2025, I signed up for what was advertised as a 3-day free trial with Undetectable AI. However, my credit card was immediately charged $539.00, which contradicts their stated offer of a trial period before billing.Additionally, their credit system was misleading. I was under the impression that credits equated to document usage, but instead, I was charged ***** credits for a 1,000-word article, far exceeding expectations based on their advertising. The product also failed its intended use the first document I tested was flagged by ZeroGPT as detectable, which undermines the core feature the service promotes.I contacted support multiple times, and their replies were dismissive. They confirmed the billing was annual and upfront, but failed to address the bait-and-switch nature of the free trial or the deceptive credit-to-word ratio. After multiple complaints, they sent a vague reply stating that a refund request would be escalated to their billing department and reviewed within 35 days, but no refund has been issued to date.I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and am documenting this experience for future reference. This appears to be deceptive business behavior, and I am requesting a full refund and removal of the charge.

    On March 17th $60 was taken from me by this scandalous business. The business promised to give me the tools to humanize AI text. But the part that was not included in the free trial was how I could only humanize a certain number of words. With me seeing this I canceled my free trial and moved on with my life. Then 3 days later I get a sum of $60 taken from my bank and I go to their website to try and dispute this and their so called help center leaves me on read for a total of 22 hours. Then when they finally respond they tell me that they have a no refund policy and that the money was *PROBABLY*taken out because I "asked for more words or exceeded their word limit". This is false once I realized I couldn't humanize what I needed I immediately canceled my subscription TWICE! because I noticed when I did it the first time it still said I was subscribed. Now they refuse to give me back my money and won't respond to my email nor give me any sort of help on their customer support system.

    On 3/2/25, I signed up for *************************'s yearly subscription on their website that had a three-day free trial period; after the free trial, I was to be charged $539.00. There is a cancel anytime choice advertised when signing up as well. At sign-up, it says the total after the trial would be $539.00, but $0 is due at sign-up. When finishing the free trial sign-up, it immediately charged me. Within 5 minutes, I chatted with customer service, and they said, "All purchases are non-refundable. However, we can escalate your request to our team, and we can process a refund with a deduction equivalent to one month's regular price, and you will receive the remaining." Undetectable ai has scammed me, and even after reaching out and not using the services at all due to the free trial not being legitimate, I have asked for a full refund. They keep telling me a refund will be processed in ***** hours, but now, three days later, they still have not.

    First, I would like to express my frustration at having my initial complaint closed by your team due to the following reason, "We regret to inform you that Better Business Bureau is unable to process your complaint. Our investigation has revealed that Undetectable AI does not maintain a permanent physical presence in our service area (***************** and *******)." As an individual seeking resolution through an advocacy organization like yours, I am disheartened that the complaint was closed without any opportunity for further discussion or response. I kindly request that this situation is not handled in this manner moving forward.I originally created an account with Undetectable AI in July, but when I attempted to log in for the first time in August, I encountered an issue where the website required me to request a login email, which I never received. Upon contacting their customer support, I was advised to create a new account using a ****** email address, and they would transfer my account detailsan approach that seemed questionable. I immediately requested a refund, but the customer support team ceased communication at that point.Since then, I have contacted their customer support via chat five times, each time being told that my issue would be escalated to the billing department, with a promised response within 12 hours. Unfortunately, no one has followed up.I respectfully request your support in resolving this matter.**** ******

    I have reason to believe that this business may be engaging in fraudulent activity. I initially signed up for their service in August but did not attempt to use it until September, at which point I was unable to log in. When I reached out to customer service, I was instructed to create a new account using a ****** email address and to purchase another subscription. I informed them that I did not wish to do so, after which all communication ceased. This correspondence occurred through their chat feature, as there is no phone support available.After contacting my credit card company, they provided me with a phone number for the business, but it turned out to be disconnected. The credit card company also indicated that they cannot assist with non-product disputes and advised me to file a complaint with you.
