    I'm just a regular user of *************** I don't expect perfect service, but my experience has been terrible. The report never loaded, the billing was constant, and I saw that the site had terrible trust scores after the fact. I hope that by writing about them I can help reduce the trust in this site a little bit, because this is truly unacceptable.

    Signed up thinking i could pay once and call it, but then the site asked for more funds with no clear policy, support vanished and refund direction was blank Felt like being trapped in trial-by-billing

    saw a trustcheck review and thought maybe just $1 for a quick check, ended up stuck with recurring billing and no clear refund path, worse was when i found their trust score super low later

    I signed up for trustcheck thinking it would be quick and helpful. The charge went through instantly, but nothing about the process felt clear. I didnt see any proper confirmation step before payment just a message saying it was done. When I ran my first website safety check, the results were far too vague. A simple safe or risk isnt enough without context, and there was no breakdown of what was actually found. Scan history looked promising, but it turned out to be just a bare list of URLs and dates. No actual malware detection details, no explanation of potential issues. My overall experience felt like paying for a locked box I knew something was inside, but they wouldnt tell me what. The whole process left me frustrated, and reading through other reviews later confirmed that Im not alone. My feedback: the service needs complete transparency in billing and reporting before it can be trusted

    After testing trustcheck several times, heres my feedback. The result clarity leaves something to be desired. Malware detection is mentioned, but the tool doesnt show which files or scripts triggered the alert. Scan history is a nice feature, but without detailed report details, its just a log. In my experience, this is not enough to be completely trustworthy.

    so i was using trustcheck right and at first it seemed pretty solid cause the website safety check was quick and the interface didnt look messy at all then i ran a couple of scans and one came back safe and the other one said potential risk but didnt say what the risk was so im just sitting there wondering if its something serious like malware detection or just a false alarm and the report details page didnt really help because it was just a short summary and then i looked at the scan history thinking maybe there would be more info but nope just the date and the url so maybe thats enough for some people but my experience felt like i was only getting half the picture and honestly my feedback is they could add more detail without making it complicated ive read other reviews saying the same so im guessing its not just me

    I ran a scan on a clearly fake website I had set up for testing purposes. To my surprise trustcheck gave it a high trust score. I repeated the test with other known scam sites, and the results were all over the place some dangerous domains got good ratings, while some legitimate ones were flagged as risky. If the core accuracy of the tool is inconsistent, its hard to rely on it for any serious safety decisions.

    I wanted to check if the call was genuine, because positive Trustcheck reviews say it's 100% accurate. The report indicated low risk, but later I found out that this number was blacklisted elsewhere So much for reliability, a false sense of security

    I submitted two different numbers and got back the same response low risk, unknown caller. That didnt make me feel any safer. Even worse I later discovered Id unknowingly agreed to a weekly subscription

    The irony of their site Trustcheck scamming people isnt lost on me. I was searching for info on a missed call and came across their site. It promised full details, including name and social profiles, if I just paid a small fee. I paid. What I got was a message saying "We couldnt find anything" and a prompt to pay again for an "enhanced search". I declined. But guess what? They charged me again the following month. I never agreed to a subscription. Tried contacting support, but the email bounced. Its like paying to open a locked box thats already empty.
