      I have Clear Fiber internet. The owner was convicted last month of federal money laundering and sentenced to prison. My modem needs to be reset remotely by the company (this happened before and they fixed it) but no one works there now so I am without internet. No other communication company services this area so I cannot switch providers. I have two kids in college, one who is in Engineering with hard classes and needs the internet. I am paying $52 a month for no service. No one will provide any assistance in this matter including the ** ***** ********* office, who only advised to change providers. Any assistance you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you *** ********

      Clearfiber has not responded to texts or phone calls regarding outage of service. Service is intermittent and has been for months. Credit card is being charged monthly despite no service (Internet). Owner is u der federal investigation for fraud (well documented on the news). Absolutely cannot reach a company representative. A former employee has provided information that “there are no longer employees” working.

      I have been contactin* ********** internet weeks, multiple times a day via email, text, messenger, etc. I have not had internet for over a week not and need some assistance. No one will return any of my calls emails texts.

      I signed up for automatics monthly payments for ********** internet for $52.95. I have been charged twice each month starting in February 2024. I was charged $52.95 on 2/2/24 then again charged $52.95 on 2/5/24. When I noticed the double bill, I called let message, sent text messages, and emailed about the double charge and to take me off automatic payments, no one responded. Then the same thing happened in March. I got charged $52.95 on 3/4/25 and then charged again 3/5/24 for $52.95. Again I called left messages, sent text messages, sent a email, I was told someone from billing would call me back, I even left a message on messenger and they replied someone would call me, no did I get a response. I again got an automated charge of $ 52.95 on April 2nd. I called left messages stating I got charged again and asked to be taken off the automatic monthly payments and my account credited for the previous double payments, still have not got a response. Today April 13th 2024, I woke up to no internet service, I called left messages sent an email about not having internet and asked to called about the issue and about the previous charges that no one has ever called or emailed me back. The lady that answered assured me someone would me back within a hour, I still have not heard from anyone. I have no clue how to take care of the problem when I have tried every possible way to contact *********r and they will not call me back.

      I paid my last month’s bill. The statement issued to me does not reflect my payment. I cannot contact the company. The customer service number routes me to a 3rd party that only accepts messages. The text chat has no response. The email to support was unanswered. I am concerned about being reported for delinquencies on my credit. I have called during normal business hours. There is absolutely no response.

      It has been a month since the interior portion of my internet was hooked up. I was told a week later I would receive a modem and the external portion of my internet would be hooked up. With 4 emails, 6 text and 21 phone called with messages marked urgent I have yet to receive a reply as to when I will be hooked up. This is not just for my sake, there are 4 other customers on my road waiting for services. All of our bills start in less than a month and we will all be paying for services not performed.

      I requested to cancel my internet service with ClearFiber via email to the listed support email on 3/1/2023. I have sent 8 emails attempting to cancel service, called 6 times with one being answered and hung up on and the other being responded and my cancellation request acknowledged, and I have texted their support text line. However, my credit card on file has been charged at least an additional six times after my attempted cancellation. My credit card has also been charged after speaking on the phone with a customer service representative that confirmed my cancellation request. None of my emails have been responded to and I have just received another bill for the previous two months of service.

      Last November I cancelled service for *** ***** ******* *********** ** and returned Clearfiber equipment. After some difficulty I received a disconnect notice on January 17 that I have in my possession. Today I received a billing statement for November, 2023. I do not plan to make a payment, but an explanation is in order.
