    My warranty company hired this wilson contractor. Highly unprofessional, terrible diagnostic. Claims that the system needed to be replaced. He have my insurance order the new water heater and never go pick it up. For nearly a month and a half my insurance or i could not get a hold of their office or his cell. And when i requested for another technician to be sent out to get my water heater checked. He comes out of nowhere and told the insurance company that the system was improperly installed. And because of that of course now going on 2 months without hot water they close out the claim. So i had to get a different company to come out check everything out. And off course called him an idiot for his nonsense diagnosis. And manages to get the claim reopen. Would recommend wilson on anyone.

    After weeks of going back and forth with warranty company and service company, water heater was installed and in the end it was the home warranty companies fault. Hey Mr Wilson plumbing is a great company to deal with.

    Home Warranty hired this company to install water heater. After 4 weeks still no water heater and no call from HEY MR WILSON PLUMBING. No customer care and very unprofessional. Not even a phone call to me as the customer. I would give zero stars but have to give a rating in order to post. ZERO STAR !!!!
