    Mr Wilson was contracted by ***** ******** **** Warranty to do some plumbing work and he took forever getting here and when he did he came back 2-3 times and never completed the work that he got authorized to do. I am still waiting for him to put our sump pump in and it has been over two months now.

    The work order was assigned by **** 2/3/25.  Homeowner was contacted and appointment made on 2/5/25 for 2/8/25.

    tech arrived 1:30 pm on the 8th.  Diagnosed the issues as per the home owner. Multiple valves leaking. Hot cold reversed. Leak from shower drain, leak under kitchen sink drain and a hose bib not working properly. 
    report was turned into **** who initially needed more info as this was all preexisting . Owner was to email home inspection .  Bad weather persisted for some time making access to the property delayed . 
    Work was authorized and completed on 3/6/25 at 10 am with owner and I believe daughter present and all was demonstrated completed at that time . He asked about the cost of cleaning out the Crawlspace and installing a sump pump and I gave him a verbal estimate . He was to get back to me after he contacted his realtor as to what path to take .  I mentioned his water heater was likley going out as it was leaking some.  I never heard back from the owner. The 30 days past and he never contacted **** with any issue. The work order was closed.  In April he had another company change the water heater.  Perhaps the confusion is with them .  I would like this matter withdrawn as I have documented everything with **** and checked the status prior to submitting this update .  If Mr ******* would like to call me and schedule and appointment for a proper estimate and resolution for his standing water issue we would be glad to assist .  **** did Not at anytime authorize nor mention a sump pump .   I would like this matter retracted as the issue seems to lay between **** and the home owner in miss  communication or there had been further arraignment without our involvement.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Upon review of Mr. ******** request for refund and after several attempts to reschedule the job due to staffing and material shortage and personal health issues  I find it proper and acceptable to refund the full amount  at the customers place of business as he requests. We would request a receipt at that time .  Payment will be refunded on or before end of business 3/13/23. Charlie Wilson.

    Mr ******* and I were both out of town and wasn't clear if there was a way to get receipted.  I called and made arrangement with Mr . ******* today and he is restored and I have a signed receipt.  We have no further involvement.
