  Purchased wheels and tires. They came mounted and balanced from the factory. Once I installed them on my truck there was an excessive amount of shaking. I brought them back to the shop to have it looked at and they said the package was not balanced correctly and the balancing beads were just thrown in there. They also told me that a tire sensor was broken on the inside and just rolling around inside the tire. Very dissatisfied with how everything has played out after purchasing such expensive items.

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! From this company. The customer service is beyond abysmal and I myself have been waiting almost 7 months now for tires that are backorder or to even replace them for other ones. Its been weeks since I last heard from them and what's worse they take a whole day just to answer one question via email. This has been going back and forth with them for 7 months, I have pleaded for someone to call to better resolve this situation but they refuse. At this point I feel like I have to take legal action over something so trivial like changing tires for another since they no longer have the ones I got. Horrible customer service save your self from the pain and shop somewhere else, I wish I had read these reviews. I will leave this review in every platform that I can.

  Do not buy from custom Offsets. I called a sales rep from custom offsets, gave him the tire size and the design of the wheels from their own website. He sent me an email with a check out link, I then ordered the wheels thinking I was good. A few days later I went to the shop to install the wheels but they were rubbing on the brake calipers of my 2001 stock Toyota 4runner. I am now told that I have to wait for authorization from them to return the wheels for a refund even if I have not driven on them. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

  My experience with a estimate. I have tried 7 or 8x between phone calls, text and e-mails to just get a estimate. Talk about a role play at this business. You have 1 plays the oh I hang up on you, along with I can't call you back. Best one yet. ..(not my job) . So to the owner of custom offsets. Before you write a reply, I never received any of the so called follow up replies, or emails. Call backs. Save the song and dance you are about to spit out below this review... to whomever reads this () they sure want to sale you the items. The tires and rims are as shown, the only problem is management. Don't expect anything other than BS. Zero follow up, zero customer service. AS in most things it's not the product we sale its the people who sale it makes and or breaks it. I have tried for 2 weeks to hit star and we will return you call. That's a joke. Doesn't happen. Don't text () the employee I Delt with, well I attempted to , says hello and hangs up. Got your money and boom gone ****. We all will read some cracked up BS reply to my review. I speak the truth, I have nothing to gain or loose. I'm just sharing my experiences with the employees of custom offsets. All I asked for was a estimate for my insurance......

  **** - We've responded to all email contacts regarding your inquiry and have not gotten any response.  We don't have any phone number on file so we are unable to review any type of possible phone call made.  We'd suggest reaching back out to our email team as we haven't gotten a response or any type of matter of substance for the requested estimate as we have no information outside two emails stating that an estimate is needed for an insurance claim.  Our team won't be able to assist whatsoever unless we are given the items/SKUs in question so that we can draft a quote. We're happy to help but there is a bit of fabrication in this review.  Please reach back out to our teams.  Thank you.

  Twice I purchased rims and after paying for the rims, I receive an email that stated that the rims were discontinued and were not available. They still advertise the rims as available and can be purchased. This is not true rims are not made by the manufacturer any longer. Very disappointed and felt like I was miss lead by this company. No I won't recommend them to anyone.

Given that we offer a plethora of wheel/tire options, there are many items that *** go out of stock at a moment's notice. Oftentimes, these aren't communicated to us by the manufacturer until an order is placed and a manufacturer makes us aware that a product is no longer in production. Regardless, we understand your frustration and we will be having a member of our management team reaching out discuss this with you further. Thank you.

  Bought rims and yes I know may not match photo. Description said black tint and rims we got were gray/chrome. Asked to return and wanted a 400.00 restocking fee after I advised we only opened one box. So the fee is 30% of what I paid for on the rims, and I didn't want a refund, just wanted black rims.
