            We changed our kitchen countertop through another business. As part of this installation, we also changed the kitchen sink which was installed by the same business. However, they do not work on plumbing. So we called Maxwell-White Plumbing to connect the existing plumbing work (connected to the previous sink) to the newly installed sink. Maxwell-White charged $1010.00 (yes, it is right) for just connecting the existing plumbing line to the sink. We had no choice to argue because the job had to be done. There was no quote given by Maxwell-White beforehand and the quote was given on the spot when we desparately needed the connection because everything else was already installed. Maxwell-White technician and the company cheated on us by charging way too much for just connecting the plumbing line alone. I strongly recommend every customer NOT to (I mean, NOT to) use Maxwell-Plumbing for any service. They will rip you off!!

            Hello ****, we resolved this issue back when it happened (we discounted the bill) but noticed we never responded to your BBB review! We are very sorry to hear that your experience with us was far from 5-stars! Our goal is to truly learn and understand each ******************** so we can accurately provide the best repair and/or replacement options that best suit you or your families needs! Part of every call, we perform a plumbing system evaluation and safety check to ensure proper safety and prevent any issues from happening down the road (a real Holistic approach!) We also hire, train, and retain the best licensed plumbers in the area - there is going to be a real shortage of plumbers (and all trades people) in the near future - we currently have 6 apprentices in training, all of which comes at a cost unfortunately! We hope we can make this up down the road and you would be willing to give us another try! Thanks again
