      They canceled our auto pay, we missed payments due to this. It lowered our credit scored by 90 points. They justified by stating we sent mail and phone calls. Never received. Very shady company, hurting hard working people for their benefit seems to be their specialty.

      I called Connexus customer service recently to ask how quickly a new CD would start to earn interest. It was a general, non-controversial, non-account specific question. If Connexus knew how to create a website, the answer would be public information, eliminating the need to call. I was confronted by someone best described as a cross between a liar and a pansy whose only goal was to convert a routine inquiry into a disaster. He began by repeatedly interrupting me, accusing me of yelling, which was a lie. I noted that his interrupting was the problem. Of course, a functioning person would already know better--or at least be trainable. Instead, like a light had gone off in the head of a weak-sister monkey, he proceed to talk over me as though it was his best shot at blowing up a call--his big accomplishment for the day. Then this fool--who never should have been hired and should be fired--hung up on me. This is a classic example of an idiot so determined to remain an idiot that an intelligent voice at normal volume sounds loud to them. He was actually allergic to intelligence. As a real customer service representative who is as good at shopping as I am at saving, I have since found there are much better places than Connexus. If there is any chance this person could answer the phone when you call, you should too.

      I have an RV loan with them. I was one payment late. I have been called everyday, several times a day, until I had to block them. I told them I had been in a wreck and that my claim has not gone through yet. That I am 8 months pregnant and was put into the ER and Labor and Delivery. To email me and I will forward it to my lawyer and I will have my lawyer contact them. That as soon as my claim came through I would be able to pay them. The level of calling and harassing on a daily basis over one late payment was excessive. To this day I received two calls earlier today. Paying my mortgage was the priority and then them. If I would have known they were going to be a bunch of stalkers I would have never taken out a loan through this bank.

      Foreign transactions fees on purchases made within the US from .com businesses with 1800 phone numbers. "Interest fee" yet charging surprise minimum finance charges

      Rude, Unethical Practices, Will charge you interest and add on Over priced Insurance without your consent!!! The only option they gave me were to move the insurance to the backend, defer payments that messes up your credit ... for a Toyhauler that is Inoperable do to the Dealership incompetence. I had put down a large sum of money and have been paying my finance payment on time even though I can Not use the toyhauler! 7 months later and things are still ongoing. I made a payment without the insurance on the sixth month. Now they are giving me a 30day late on my credit!

      We have our truck loan through them and made the mistake of setting it up for auto withdrawal. In February they pulled my truck payment 3 times and refused to give back the additional 2 payments. Said if they did I would be responsible for a refund fee on both. I should not be paying for their mistake! We took the payment off of auto withdrawal and then in March they did it again, taking the payment twice in two days. Then arguing about with us saying we had it set to pull that way. They refuse to refund any of the additional payments they have taken. They refuse to take it off of auto withdrawal. This is draining our savings that we managed to build back up after my husband suffered a near fatal accident. They are difuto work with and do not keep their word.

      We recently just sold a boat. We called on Feb. 6th to get the pay off amount. When they gave it to us we told them that the selling amount would be 130,000. Apparently on Feb. 9th someone (not me) called and got the payoff amount and they told them less. So when selling the buyer told us he called and asked. We were out our 1200 that we asked over the price. When we called to ask why and how they gave our information out to someone other than us it turned into an investigation. Then they later called and said that it was my voice on the 9th with the buyer. They wouldn’t let us hear a recording. And we also let them know the buyer does not live where we live and we have a txt from the buyer stating when he called. And it wasn’t with us. They keep insisting it’s my voice on the line. But it’s obviously not.

      SSo I financed a camper through this group. The plumbing water sewer black and gray tank fell to the ground 30 days after purchase. It was being “ fixed “ for almost 5 months the dealer assured me I would be provided an extension for this time. Joe in collections would not budge he sent me info for Jason. I called Jason over a hundred times over the year of 2022 he never responded or answered my calls. Then 13 months later he sends me a real smart but message saying you got repossessed today and I want to be perfectly clear with you. We will not remove one penny from what you owe or make one adjustment! This guy went out of his way to contact me today with joe laughing to tell me that I had been repoed and to not expect them to come off a single penny and that i was actually still going to be charged 150$/ day per diem Like I said the unprofessional Jason I would like to provide full name but I don’t want this to get removed I called over 100 times left probably 50 voicemails and emails for him to call me so we could get it taking care of I was told he is the decision maker It took 13 months for Jason to contact me and when he did he was trying to rub in my face that my camper had been repossessed with Joe snickering in the back ground He said Joe Joe much are we still charging him per day close to $150 a day with per deim I’ve got the call recorded and will be taking it to my attorney Stay away from Connexus a bunch of crooks Joe was not anymore helpful he replied 2-3 times over the year but he was not willing to offer any deferment or anything at all he just said bank policy is 1 month only over the entire loan what a joke of a bank and this took place during Covid

      They may seem to be legit but they have an ulterior motive. I have a loan through them and now they took it upon themselves to go out and purchase unwarranted insurance in which they charge onto me. Now I am paying that price, that they get at a discounted price while I pay at the full price. If you think this is the place to go and get a loan look at the reviews and see how they treat the lenders before getting a loan from here. I wish I knew about them prior to getting a loan through because I would have ran the opposite way. They are legit at scamming people out of money in which they go out and deliberately, intentionally or purposely purchase insurance for unsuspecting borrowers until the last minute and tack it onto their loans and loan payments. In the last 3 years, I have $4700 of unnecessary insurance added onto my loan payment due to them. Let alone over the course of 18 months I was "past due" 15 of those months 30 days or more. They are in the business to do whatever means to destroy your credit and take your money by any means available. There is no chance I am able to get any future loans due to this lender because of the harm they have done to me credit as a lender retaliation.
