    This past summer, my wife and I had a set of new windows installed by Renewal by ******** at our home. We noticed an inordinate amount of noise coming from one of the rooms but thought nothing of it. As it turns out, one of the windows had a gap between the window sash and the jamb allowing for a considerable draft into the room. I contacted the office on a Monday and the next day a service professional came out and, not only fixed the issue but also checked the other window in the bedroom and made some adjustments.We are very happy with the windows and the service they provided in fixing our issue.

    10 windows installed October 17-18.
    The result? The exterior cedar siding of our home is knicked, scraped and the caulking is horrendous.
