  Unfortunately, after purchasing the windows, our installation process has been poor to say the least. It has been nearly 6 weeks since the installation team initially came to the home and we have had limited communication as to why there has been such a delay and what the plan is to address this issue. We still don't have our installation complete. Poor customer service. I will not be using RBA again in the future and will recommend against using this company to friends and family in the area.

  From the sales agent, right through to installation, I could not be more pleased with Renewal by Andersen. Zach, the agent, thoroughly explained their product, and helped us decide on what would best fit both our decor and our budget. Yes, there was a lag between the time or order and the time of install, due in part to pandemic issues. However, the main office was repeatedly in contact with us, letting us know how the production of our windows was going, and soon set up install dates. The installation crew, headed by Brendon, was professional, diligent, hard-working, and exceptionally polite. There was an error on one of the windows we ordered, and he quickly moved to have a new order placed. The crew unfortunately had to work just as a cold spell hit our town, along with a good wallop of snow, but they did so with no complaint. The windows look terrific, we are enormously pleased. Highly recommended.

  Ryan and Riley were professional, efficient, and friendly. They explained what they were doing, took the time to answer our questions, and informed us how to care and maintain our newly installed windows. We couldn't ask for a better team, and would highly recommend them.

  About 5 years ago, we had all of our windows and a patio door replaced by Renewal by Anderson and have been very pleased with the durability and appearance (we chose their composite material because snow that stuck and mounded up had rotted the previous wooden windows). About 2 weeks ago, I called because a few handles on our “crank” windows needed an adjustment and we saw wear on our patio screen door where hands reach for the handle. The service man who came a few days later was very pleasant and quickly adjusted the window handles. He said “screens are only warranted for 90 days, but let me call the office and see if I can get permission to do a rescreening.” They granted permission and today he installed our rescreened patio door in perfect condition. At a time when courtesy seems to be lacking and companies more and more often use “the fine print” to avoid providing service, this was an excellent example of what they and their service people can do to stand behind their product. I would recommend Renewal By Anderson of Waukesha and the service man who took care of us in a heartbeat.
