              Employees fudge hours. Record more hours than actual time for service. For example, to replace a faucet plumber took less than an hour. He clocked in replaced the faucet and left my house. He wasn't there no more than 1 hour. He must have drove off and clock out of the job 3hrs later. I get the bill and was surprised to see he charged me for 4hrs.@ $150 per hour. To me this is fraud. The company and employees should be investigated. I will pay for 1hr of service but not 4hrs.

              Thank you for your feedback. Our plumbers are provided Ipads to check in and out of appointments, they also offer GPS tracking - we have on record that our employee was at your home on 12/7/2021 from 9:**** to 2:05pm. If you have anything to prove that he wasn't, I would be more than willing to look it over. As I stated earlier, the technology that we have allows no room for error.
