We are fully insured and bonded. If our services do not substantially comply with the State of WI Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors, we will make you whole. A refund would typically be requested if the service fell short of our promise to our customers. As consumers, we owe it to ourselves to minimize the risk of substandard service. To do that, we need to evaluate our choice of contractors and not select them by price, but by values. Reduce your risk and need of requesting a refund by checking years in business, and credentials. 1/5/2022 will be our 27th year in business. As an Expert Witness for many years, I've learned what issues most home inspectors miss. Don't risk putting yourself in a position to want a refund. Litigation for substandard work often results in attorney fees and less than full compensation for your loss. Go with tenure and credentials.
