    Donn ******** is very good at what he doe's. He inspected a million dollar home for me. I heard he is the best out there and trains other inspectors. He has been around for a long time and knows his stuff. After spending about 3 hours inspecting this massive pole barn and many other structures, he got around to the house. Nice house not a whole lot wrong with it other than a WOOD FOUNDATION!!!!. He told me he has run into a handful of these over the years. The whole basement was drywalled. He did however find a small opening and suspected it may very well be wood. After I called the owners on it and told them I wanted complete foundation inspection done, they told me it was wood. Donn saved our bacon. The hunt continues. I will not use anyone but Donn when I do find another house. He did find a laundry list of things in the house that I could have repaired. I am still in shock. A WOOD FOUNDATION WOW. Thank you so much Donn

    I can't express enough thanks and appreciation to Anderson Home inspection. Mr. Anderson's inspection was extremely thorough and useful. The report contained a considerable amount of information as well as pertinent laws and regulations concerning identified issues and concerns. The price was very reasonable. Additionally, I felt like I was a family member getting A+ service. I couldn't be more happy. Highly recommended service.

    Hi Rod. I can't thank you enough for taking time to comment. It's often said not to let your work identify who you are. But it's also said that if you enjoy your work, it's not really work. Once we get a call to inspect a home, our customers become part of our family. It's not work taking care of those who've put their trust in us. They have become part of our new extended family. The big difference is that you don't have to clean your house, buy and prepare food and engage us in meaningful conversation. :-) Thank you! **** & *****

    Excellent home inspection- very thorough and able to answer questions even after the inspection was over. Have great resources and referrals in the community to help with estimates for repairs. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
