Zero stars! I have a model number ** ***** pressure washer, it NEVER worked properly. I call to have it fixed by a certified repair center, I was told it would be 6 months to a year before they could fix it. I tried to used it again, more problems occurred. Finally today, after 2 years of not trying to use it, more problems were spotted. Crack in the hose housing, sprays like a fountain, starts and stops, sprayer head attachments dont stay in the sprayer, hose to the spray gun is almost impossible to take off. Its a piece of junk!!!!

Bought a simpson preeaure washer with a AAA 4400 psi pumpe. After a few uses the pump oil was getting contaminated with water so i called FNA since the pump is under warranty and the gave me 3 service centers in my area which i called all three and none of them will work on it, one says they only service what they sell and the other 2 said its too difficult to go through the warranty process and theres no money in it. So i called FNA back and tried to get them to Exchange my pump for a new one but they wouldnt do that and the lady finally hung up on me. I was being courteous but was demanding an outcome since i have been dealing with this for 2 months with no results

Bought a Simpson pressure washer at Lowe’s. The pump went out after a few uses. They required I take it to a local repair service center. It’s been over 2 months, and the service center has not received a replacement pump and Simpsons is unsure when or if one will be available. In the meantime, the service center they required me to take it to, has left the machine outside, in Texas heat and rain. It is now thoroughly rusted out! Simpson says there is nothing they can do. Lowes requires I go through Simpson because it’s been more than 30 days since my purchase. Simpson has said there is nothing they can do, despite requiring I take the machine to THIS service center. They also say there is nothing more they can do, despite the fact, that the pressure washer is under warranty still and they can not get a replacement pump for it.

Bought a pressure washer for 800 at Lowes. The sight glass oil leak that has clearly been identified as a manufacturer defect(Simpsons Fault) was my problem. Called Simpson and they told me I had to take it to there authorized repair facility 45 minutes from my home. Drove my diesel truck($4 per gallon) I received a call today from the Simpson authorized repair clinic and they informed me that Simpson said the pressure washer needed to be shipped to another facility so they could assess the recommendation from the facility they already authorized. They know the repair is going to cost less than shipping it so they do this to encourage the consumer to just pay out of pocket instead of shipping costs that likely wouldn't be reimbursed. This is the dirtiest of tricks that companies do because they make a crappy product and pretend to have a good warranty but don't honor it. As an American that served 20 years in the military, they are not honorable and I will never do business with them again. They should send me the $85 for the repair they promised they would take care. Company is filth. Buy Karcher or some other brand. Avoid Simpson at all cost. I plan to contact lowes after I build a case and ask them to stock a non Simpson brand since they are currently helping Simpson rip off customers.
