            Last fall they okd me making monthly payments on a service they provided me. Ive been making my monthly payments as planned, but out of the blue last December I received a letter from a collections agency. I contacted spring green and they apologized for the mistake and told me theyd fix it. Long story short, Ive made 2 more payments since then (last payment was made over 3 weeks ago, yet the check has yet to be cashed) and have received 3 more collection letters. I attempted emailing them again - but now the messages are bouncing back as undeliverable. Ive used the contact us page on their website - no reply. Ive called at least 10 times - no answer - just an automated operator who leaves you on hold every time. *** asked for my future 2024 services to be canceled and have no idea if theyve gotten that request and obviously want to stop receiving collection letters. Im due to make my last payment to them next week.
