Buyer Beware!!! Do not purchase vehicles from Super Service on 107th & Hampton. They have mastered the art of buying junk cars and reselling them fast. We completed a credit/lease application for a 2006 Ford Explorer XLT and when we returned the next day, it was sold, which is part of their marketing strategy. They know how to create an environment of buy it now or it will be sold. This tactic resulted in us purchasing a 2006 Jeep Commander for $8,000, which was a new arrival that they were fixing on. We noticed that the vehicle was running loud, but they assured us that they replaced the muffler, which was a lie. We purchased the vehicle because they told us the only things it needed was doorknobs and a hook for the seatbelts. Even the CarFax and Experian Auto Check reports did not show any major problems. However, a few months later, the check engine light came on, it was raining in the inside of the car, and everything was going wrong with the car back-to-back. We called Super Service several times and they indicated that we should have gotten the warranty, and the only thing they offered us was a referral to the mechanic that works on their vehicles. However, we were already financially invested with loans and repair bills in getting this vehicle running so we continued to fix it up. However, within the next few months, we had to make major repairs to replace the computer twice, the Bank 2 sensor, exhaust manifold gasket left head, and overlay harness, etc. for $4,600 just to name a few $$$$. The check engine light stayed on resulting in us putting more money $$$$ into the vehicle to get it registered. Numerous mechanics told us that the vehicle was junk, not worth fixing but they continued to try and fix it only to have something else go out. At this point, the vehicle has been in the shop more than we have driven it. This car dealership is taking money from families that can't afford to invest in cars that need fixing up. Shut them down!!!
