            On 09/17//2023 my wife passed away and I used the services of Milwaukee Creamation.I was told that I would receive a phone call to handle my wives creamation. I did the Docusign when emailed and no communication took place via phone, text or email. On 09//29/2023 I receive a phone call stating Milwaukee Creamation never received my paperwork and my wife is still at their facility waiting to be creamated. I paid the fees that was expected for services but no communication was ever given stating the service was initiated.

            Never will use their service again. My wife passed away on 09//17/2023 and when I contacted them they said they would give me a call and make sure all paperwork was in order. I never received a phone call and I did the requested Docusign via email. On 09/29/23 I receive a call from them stating they never received my paperwork for cremation although they received my money for services. I asked them why it took them 12 days to contact me and she replies the guy who is over that department is on his way out so he just didn't call you. I called back and spoke with management and she explains that sometimes paperwork falls through the cracks and they are dealing with multiple clients and sometimes it happens. NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR SENSITIVITY for my needs or feelings about my wife. Just WOW
