I've received a notice for a toll violation from PAM "Profesional Account Management ". It has no location or date of violation. Nor does it have a photo of this occurrence. I haven't been anywhere that even has tolls in over a year. I live in ********, ******* and I'm disabled so I rarely travel. I haven't received any notice from the **************** either. I have been calling this agency for 2 weeks now, and I have been on hold for ******************************************************************************************* They placed a vehicle registration block for unpaid tolls, but I can't get in contact with anyone to pay. This is ************************* from ***************************************************************. I received a Toll Violation notice dated Feb 14, 2022 from ************************* Pass - ********************************, (SRTA), ******* *******, with the notice # ************, Account # ******** and violation date Dec 17, 2021. As per my documentation, I paid the fine, ** FULL, of $6.65 on March 20, 2022, SUNDAY @ 11 AM WITH CONFIRMATION # *******. I received a notice dated March 20, 2023 (more than a year after the PAYMENT IN FULL for same violation), from "Professional Account Management, LLC (PAM), PO Box 500, **********, ** *****" with a header of "Notice of Assignment to a ******************* The notice stated, "Your account has been listed with a collection agency for unpaid toll violations...[PAM] ............... outstanding balance for all violation(s) is $26.65." 1) I got notice long after the violation date and that is after the fine was paid in FULL as noted.2) Been on hold with PAM, different days and time of the day. for hours, NO ONE picked up the phone, (I have documentation)! At that time NOT realizing that the Fine was already paid for the same violation and not able to contact anyone, I paid the stated fine AGAIN! I paid the fine on April 14, 2023 at 9:27:00 AM with payment Reference # ******************) Unfortunately, I already paid the fine and more, AGAIN, because my time had more value than the fine itself.& did not want my credit score to be affected.4) Since I paid paid the fine which was already paid once, as noted above, I am requesting refund of $26.65 ASAP.5) I want to complain about both PAM and "SRTA" if they are responsible: for being obtuse, nefarious, misleading, and wrong.Will provide the Notices listed above if needed.Thank You.*************************. I just received a $453.00 toll bill from this place and I don't know why. I have a "BancPass" and I keep it loaded. My biggest issue, it that when I call in to speak with someone, I'm left on hold for an extremely long amount of time. I called and was left on hold for 35 minutes; I eventually had to hang up. Professional Account Management, LLC from **********, ** keep sending me Collection Notices for an unpaid Toll Violation that I did not commit. 1. The Collection Notice states that I violated a ******* Toll Road on July 9, 2022. I was in ******* on July 9th Traveling back to ******** via I-65 through *******. Not Georgia.2. The Tag number ****** 13AL02 as my tag number on a regular ********* Plate. This is not my tag number. My tag is 13AL03 and these tags (AL) are a NCAA College speciality tags not a regular ********* Plate.3. The picture shown is a Van with this 13AL02 Tag on it. My tag was registered to a Jeep Wrangler and I never have owned a black dodge van.I have received (3) notices, the last one yesterday stating Demand Payment of $25.50 that I don't owe. This company is trying to corrupt and scam older people. This is the 2nd complaint I have filed with the BBB and the original was closed without a resolution. I feel they have had enough time to respond but I am going to let this go. I have given in to their harassment and sent payment even though it was a false claim.

On April 3, 2023, I received a letter from PAM for an apparent toll violation, in "some" unknown state that the form does not even note. I have not traveled on any recent tolls nor have I traveled to any recently that would have tolls. I see a consistent theme of recent complaints where everyone is receiving fake toll violations and risking assignment to a collection agency. This company, while somehow has an A+ rating, I have no idea how that's possible when reviewing the consistent themed recent complaints. This notice I received has no note as to where or when this occurred. Which i can assure I have not passed through any tolls recently. I received a notice from PAM(Professional Account Management) on 04/07/2023 for failure to pay toll for 08/20/2021! This is the ONLY notice that I have EVER received. It is for my childs tag number who would have been in school that day. First off, 2 years later.really? Secondly, *** tried callin & the phone just rings. No one will answer. I came on the BBB and found another number to call from another complaint & still no answer. However, it did have me put in my info and the automated system said that this account is not active with the agency. What is really going on with this company? My daughter was in school all day on the date they are stating and then it says not an active account. They need to get it together. From all the complaints it seems this is a pattern for them.Business Response

Professional Account Management sent me an invoice for $54.06 which is apparently a toll violation. I live in the ********************** and always carry my EZ pass with me. I received no prior communication regarding this violation. Ive spent hours of my life contacting them at *************************** and no one ever picks up the phone. How am I supposed to resolve this issue without speaking to someone? I reject this charge and I want your help to clear this charge from my account. Hoping to hear from you soon.Business Response

I have a hold to register my vehicle for past unpaid tolls that are now in the possession of PAM I am unable to get into contact with them for weeks now and I tried online payment however it says my license plates are not in the system or the ticket number does not exist. I received a collection agencies toll ************************** think its a scam to get money. They said it happened in 2021, but it doesnt say where. I never received any notice from whom ever prior to turning me over to collections. The BBB is on their bill I received. They dont answer the ********* dont even own a transponder, for their recording says something could be wrong with it. Theyre still not giving me a location of where their stating this happened. Theyre contacting me 2 years later through collections, when I never received any notice from them.
