    I placed an order with Tulip World on September 13, 2025 for 250 black tulip bulbs. After 38 days I had still not received the order. Multiple online chat agents informed me the order was at the warehouse and would ship in a couple of days; then a week later next week, but it never shipped.Eventually I made a phone call and left a voicemail; only then did Tulip World issue a refund. While I appreciate the refund, I did not receive the product I ordered and am disappointed in their repeated mis-representations of shipment status.I am filing this complaint to document the poor fulfillment process, the repeated assurances that turned out to be false, and to encourage Tulip World to provide clearer communication about inventory and shipping timelines.Desired outcome: I am not seeking additional refund (already issued) but would like a meaningful gesture (for example a discount or credit) acknowledging the inconvenience and that the service promised was not delivered.

As this is our peak season, fulfillment times can be a bit longer due to the increase volume of orders. At the time of contact our team does provide the best information that they do have available at that time. Again, we do apologize for the frustration and do see the order was successfully cancelled and refunded.

    I’m a new gardener. I’ve purchased several rhizomes and bulbs and all have been packaged well with instructions. The irises haven planted and one month later has new shoots growth. Bought several variety of Tulips and Daffodils were bagged and labeled and looked healthy and in the ground. Waiting for Peonies and Ranunculus to ship. Zone 6b. Over all impressions are good.

    Every transaction that I had with this company has been positive. I’ve purchased several hundred bulbs from Tulip World and a planting auger . Everything was perfect with bulbs being firm and the prices were great !

    I enjoy looking at Tulip World weekly specials and other great deals Tulip World also gives points to help with next orders. Theres always a savings. I check every week. I they send and guarantee your plants . Some bulbs take awhile to grow so you have to be patient. My favorite are my beautiful Lilies

    Had 2 Wild Horse daylilies that just did not thrive. The other daylilies I received in the same order did fine.
