    I purchased a 3 year alignment for 36 months, eligible every 5,000 miles in November 2022. I returned a year later 11/13/2023 to obtain a front end alignment for which I am entitled to. Upon arriving for my 9 am appointment , I was questioned why I needed an alignment. I informed the mechanic that it was time and that i noticed a slight pull to the right. Immediately, the mechanic told me I might be in need of struts which would cause this problem. After placing the car on the lift, I was informed that I would need struts which would cost $900.00. This quote was attempting to take advantage of female car owners. First of all, the car is a Toyota and was purchased new. Every oil change at Toyota comes with multipoint inspection. The car was just checked out 2 months ago by Toyota and no mention of struts needed. In addition, the car has only 63,000 miles on it. I feel Midas takes advantage of women car owners, lies about repairs needed, and refuses to honor their end of the bargain. I am requesting a refund for the balance of the front end alignments that I am entitled to.

    I would just like to say please be aware of this company. I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. That’s all, I didn’t need anything else. This company DID NOT complete the wheel alignment, And then charge me for it $124.73 . My vehicle was pulling to the right very badly before I even left the parking lot. I asked the manager Manny for corporate office number, and he stated that he didn’t have it and didn’t offer to get it for me. I called corporate immediately. I spoke with Ivan ********* and explain to him what happened and that I would be taking the vehicle to the Chevy dealership to find out exactly what damages they did. The manager name Manny told me that they had to heat one of my boats on my struts or something because it was not a manufacturers boat, and it was not his fault that it wasn’t a manufactures boat, then he goes on to say that I need a new struts when those were new struts that were put on there, and I have documentation for this, I took my vehicle to badger Chevrolet who charge me $90 for an estimate to look at my vehicle. Then they told me that there never was a wheel alignment completed on my vehicle, and I have documentation of that. They also said that the swaybar links were very loose and needed to be replaced at this time because it’s dangerous.. this will cost an additional $350 for the swaybar link plus I paid $248 for the wheel alignment with the inspection so I paid again for a wheel alignment. This is two days later. I had a district manager by the name of Tony text me, whom may I add was very unprofessional, very nonchalant, of my safety and my grandchildren that ride in my vehicle, he simply told me if I don’t sign a waiver I don’t get the $124.73 back. This is a service that they did not complete when I asked about the other things that needed to be repaired because their company broke these things, and I had to seek help elsewhere. He stated they are not paying for anything other than that.
