Extremely expensive and they lack the experience to resolve your issue. I went in to have a skin mole dpn removed and they couldn’t suggest the best treatment they tried on one mole and billed me 321.00 the insurance paid 112 now they want me to pay 208.74…I regret going to this place…,I found an esthetician who removed over 15 moles from my face and neck remarkable results in 7 days for $400.

Very poor customer care. Try to leave messages, calls to be returned in order received, never happens. Very short staffed with NO ONE being accountable for what they do. AWFUL!

I saw Dr. ******* a few months ago for a bug bite and she put me on *********** which made me itch all over and saw my hair falling out.As soon as I got off the ************ itch went away.I got a bug bite wire a black bullseye in the middle and went in to see her today since urgent care said I need a dermatologist to look at it.***************** did not even know what the bite was, really said. Then tried to tell me I need to get on meds for an itch which I did not have ,the *********** she put me on was causing the itch, and because she did not know what the bite was suggesting I self inflicted my self.***************** is not very professional and for her to tell me I self inflicted myself and if I do not get treatment for a itch that I did not have she would not see me anymore, and I told her I am just here for you to identify the bite. And she went off about the itch that I do not have. And I was going to suggest not to see her anymore ,but ***************************** beat me to the punch.I need to get my attorney on her for deflemation of charcter. She definitely does not need to be a dermatologist if she can't recognize a bug bite. I Feel she should not get paid for today's visit,*********************************************** does not listen to the paient,if she does not know what is going on she makes it up.Really thinking about getting my mother's attorney. UT then do I really want to lower myself to her level.Retire because you definitely do not know what you are doing I did knot appreciate her not listening to what I came there fore, she just made up what she wanted due to the fact she could not describe the bug bite.I have been with my primary for over 20 yrs.And never been treated like dirt.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I recently moved to ******** from **********, and all our new care providers have been wonderful except Forefront. I wish I had read these reviews before I went there because it seems there's a growing theme of price gouging. My story, in short, is: 1) I had a mall biopsy taken in CA. When the results came back, I was told I needed to get a slightly larger margin. It's a simple procedure with a stitch or two. 2) Went to ******* ***********, in **********, owned by Forefront. I had my files sent over the day before, but when I arrived, they had misplaced them. I waited for OVER an hour and finally had to go online and retrieve them myself. 3) By the time the doctor came in, it was close to 5 PM, and after hearing I was traveling the next day, the doctor suggested postponing as I shouldn't be lifting luggage. Fine. 4) Then I got a bill for over $200 for that visit! 5) While *disputing that bill, I didn't want to start over, so I had the second margin punch taken. I had asked for a price ahead of time, which they couldn't give me, but it couldn't be more than my ******* ***** dermatologist's right. Wrong. I was hit with a 1,455 for a 5 min proceedure! Insurance paid for a fraction. This was more than twice the price of the BH practice. *Trying to get the Forefront Billing dept on the phone to discuss an invoice is a joke. I spent days calling, waiting, and saving my place with a "callback" number, and nobody ever called back.

Just an awful practice. They charge when many offices have free consultations. They are not kind, at least *** ****. They didn’t give much care as the patient service is concerned. Not even polite the Doctor that is. Not helpful honestly the opposite. You know Doctors are supposed to be the best of us but at Forefront Dermatology, might be the worst I’m afraid. I spent 178 dollars there which were wasted.

Don't go there! I have a great insurance provider and these people had the audacity to charge $475 for a visit that involved a doctor just look at a pimple on my leg and prescribe me an oinment. When I called to inquire about this I was told the doctor did a treatment (a total lie because he sent a presciption to the pharmacy, which I paid for) and that first time patients have to pay $500. When I did the check-in online there was no disclosure of this. The billing agent from their company said they don't have to disclose this; therefore, I have to pay for this. I even asked if coming in person to the doctor's office would help resolve this and she said no. She said I could work on a payment plan but not to bother the staff. Really??? Plain robbers!!! And now I have a bill from some lab also charging me after insurance coverage. When I called to inquire, they said this doctor asked for a test of 25 different things (something that was not disclosed to me and that to this day, I have not been informed about). Avoid this people at all costs!

Awful experience. Had surgery of a cyst removal. I am a cash paying patient and needed a "good faith" quote, which I was provided for $300. The surgery didn't go well, the Dr. Cut himself during surgery and we had to do a blood contamination test. I was told I would hear within 24hrs on blood testing, I didn't hear anything within the time frame of 2 weeks, during that time I left 3 voice-mails to the nurse...I finally got a call saying I was fine and they couldn't get back to me sooner because they couldn't find my results due to my first and last name being entered by them backwards!! So I had to live 2 weeks wondering if I was ok. Now I just received an additional bill in the mail from pathology stating they submitted my cyst for labs and now owe them an additional $540!!! I was never told about or quoted further charges aside from the over $300 I paid in office. This was THE worst patient care I've ever received!! I tried calling early this morning to speak to the clinic manager and was directed to voice-mail once again and no one has called me back to help me.

Visited the ****** location - 20 minute visit and was billed $474.00 - 3X what I was expecting. I was expecting $178.00 since that is what they told me verbally. NEVER go back - highway robbery.

As a new, one time patient, bring a witness with you. Don’t sit in waiting room more then 25 minutes. ****** and her assistant bullied me into having a cancer screen. They wouldn’t take no for an answer, and I knew it wasn’t necessary. A cancer screen consisted of just looking at my skin, for less then a minute, and charging several hundred dollars for it. More concerned about money than your health or concerns. Shocked and frightened by their aggressive, rude behavior. I’ve never WALKED OUT of an appointment, but this time, I certainly should have. After the cancer screen, ****** was reluctant to treat the issue I made the appointment for. My small issue had been irritating me for years and my only concern of possible cancer. I insisted it be removed. The whole situation seemed more about abuse than money. Overcharging and up selling is definitely a part of it. What should have been a 20 minute simple appointment turned into well over an hour ordeal, thanks to ****** and her assistant. If I ever feel the need for a dermatologist again, Forefront Dermatology is not an option.

TRUE scam artists there. You call in for a self pay appointment and they tell you $150.00 then they bill you for $265. They say the $150 was a down payment. The provider was in the room for 8 minutes. I figured that would be the lowest level of care for 150 bucks. Nope, they need $2000/hr for their services to keep the lights on apparently. Why would they bring up $150 as a figure when they don't offer a service for 150 dollars? To scam you, that's why. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
