      Billing did not match with **** Explanation of Benefits statement. Overcharged, sent info, two weeks no response. Called live, 20 minute on hold. Was told $119.68 refund by first level person who wanted to send refund to two different cards used. Then supervisor said $45.89 to be sent to one card.Original charges to **** were $1430.63; plan allowance $195.80. Whole office visit was 5 minutes with two squirts of nitro.

      Do NOT expect your appointment time to be respected by receptionist Tracy. Do NOT ask her if you’re for sure checked in as clients with appointments for same person at a LATER scheduled time go back. Tracy will enlighten you by explaining, “IT’S JUST THE WAY THE PAPERS FELL.” That makes perfect sense, right? Or is it disrespectful & unprofessional? Do NOT ask the nurse-like lady what she is talking about when she tells you you’re there for your ZEEMA follow up. Is ZEEMA a disease? A pill? Or was she attempting to say the word ECZEMA, which I don’t have? That made her very angry and she slammed the door jolting me into a Panic Attack. I began to physically shake, cry and feel irrationally very afraid. DO request that she is taken OUT of your exam room. All I wanted to do was run out of there! Do NOT NOT NOT call the phone number given, Forefront has fired all Americans and outsourced their call center to a foreign country where English is obviously not a language they understand or speak. I was disconnected eight (8!) times as they attempted to put me on hold. I never received a callback from the office. How can this be considered Health CARE????? I hope they receive some education on dealing with the mentally ill with compassion. I hope they bring the call center back to America as that is a critical component of patient care….having communication after a procedure or because you need a refill.

      Avoid at all costs. This business will fraudulently bill you for services not provided. Very difficult to get to the necessary departments & the communication is overall is atrocious.

      I had a pre-cancerous mole removed by Dr ******** ********* on a Monday. At 4pm on Tuesday I left a message with questions about wound care. I fully expected a call back some time on Wednesday, but did not hear from the nurse until Friday. By then, my questions were moot. I decided to have my stitches removed by an Aurora practitioner instead of returning to Forefront. She cultured my wound & found it infected with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa which is a bacteria highly resistant to antibiotics. Because of the contagious nature of this bacteria, Dr ********* was alerted of my diagnosis. Dr ********* then called me and denied her clinic was the source of the bacteria. She never followed up with me after that call. I'm left to question the initial biopsy results as well. The lab report did not even include cell counts. I highly discourage anyone from seeking care from this location / doctor!

      Horrible experience with management including local manager in **********, ************** office, Regional manager, and VP of compliance. I was unjustly expelled as patient and lied about and what I consider discriminated against based on disability and national origin. When I attempted to resolve this matter with the lawyer and asked for reinstatement to have access to medical care as I am recovering post kidney transplant and live in a small area with limited access to medical services, they refused to reinstate me and communicated to my lawyer that they will not hesitate to sue me if I were to post a negative review. I have also found online that this company seems to have a history of bullying/suing their employees and also history of employees suing them that can be found online. I do not drive long distances and need medical care, but the management of this company could care less and unjustly expelled me for what I consider unlawful reasons while also subjecting me to slander and false accusations in doing this.

      I have been going to Forefront Dermatology for a very long time. I just recently had a terrible experience and would not recommend this office to anyone. I've been trying to get a prescription filled that my insurance didn't cover and the office never returned my phone calls (to try and get a replacement prescription that my insurance would cover). I've called five times now over two weeks. My last call no one could explain why my phone calls hadn't been returned after the front office had promised me a call back multiple times.I have eczema that is itchy to the point that it is keeping me up at night. Ten days after my appointment and I still have no solution or prescription. Quality patient care does not seem to be a priority at this office. Very frustrated and no one at this office seemed to genuinely care. Very unhappy and dissatisfied patient that will be finding a new dermatologist.

      This is the worst office in the country. Do not try and get a refill on your prescriptions as they never answer your call unless you are setting an appointment and that is sketchy at best. They are rude and uncaring of their patients. I am not surprised as to the data breach that happened here. I am on a quest to shut them down. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional office as they do not care.

      The staff, billing department and customer service representatives from Forefront are some of the worst I have dealt with. Leaving a message is worthless, I even left an urgent message with local officials just to get my daughter’s prescription called in somewhere else and never heard back from anyone. After my daughter’s surgery, we never had ANY follow ups from anyone. Trying to get billing issue resolved has been horrible. You have to wait on hold for 30-50 mins each time and the people who answer the phones cannot help at all. Have been put off for almost 4 months trying to get an answer.

      Dr ******* did Botox that didn’t last a month & fillers in cheeks were uneven and jawline product migrated and ran out so used another product that is still bruised 5 mo later.

      Extremely expensive and they lack the experience to resolve your issue. I went in to have a skin mole dpn removed and they couldn’t suggest the best treatment they tried on one mole and billed me 321.00 the insurance paid 112 now they want me to pay 208.74…I regret going to this place…,I found an esthetician who removed over 15 moles from my face and neck remarkable results in 7 days for $400.
