  I just had 6 windows replaced in my bedrooms and bathroom. But this wasn’t my first install with Thebco. Previously I had a massive window in my living room, a sliding glass door, and an awning kitchen window replaced with Thebco. Jason *********, Kyle *********, and Jacob ********* were my install team this time around. I can’t say enough good things. They answered all my questions as they were installing. They were fast and thorough. They were careful to protect my floors and clean up after the install. I very much appreciated them. I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and my experiences with Thebco have always been wonderful. Dave ***** did my estimates. There was no hidden costs, and no surprises. Everything was great. After my first install, I found a bubble in one of my windows and a scratch in one of the finishes - Thebco sent someone out and corrected the issues. Can’t say enough good things. The windows themselves look beautiful. Thebco has very nice fake wood grain. The rooms are so much quieter with the new windows. They let in more light. It’s truly lovely.

  We had Ken and Mark install 5 windows in our home today. They were efficient, knowledgeable and did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished. They also showed us how to operate our new windows. What a pleasure to have such competent workers in our home!

  We met with Thebco Sales Representative Jim *************** who helped us select and order new windows and a door for the new house we purchased. Jim was an excellent resource who helped guide us through the process and offered great perspective and excellent, thoughtful advice in order to find the right windows and door to match our house. He was easy to speak with, well-informed, and easily reachable when we had follow-up questions. Mike and Mark arrived promptly, worked expediently, and were respectful while working inside our house as they installed five windows located in the bedrooms and bathroom all in one day. Due to extremely cold weather and heavy snow, Thebco needed to schedule the entry door installation on a different day. The scheduling process was easy, flexible and prompt. Jason and Kyle Schmidtke arrived as scheduled and skillfully installed the entry door while taking care to not cause unintentional damage to the newly renovated house. They finished ahead of schedule and provided excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderfully positive experience with Thebco staff: Jim, Mike, Mark, Jason and Kyle. We highly recommend them and plan on utilizing their services again in the future.

  I had my dining room window replaced today by Devin. The install went beautifully. He laid down tarps on all of the flooring he would be stepping on. He was extremely courteous and has exceptional workmanship. I have now completed having all of my windows done by THEBCO and highly recommend them. They stand behind their work and products. Their price is reasonable for the quality of windows and installation expertise. When I’m ready to replace my front door, they will get my business.

  Eric and Mitch did a great job on our patio door install. After installation their walk through answered all our operating and maintenance questions. Their clean-up and restoring area back was very good.

  I typically don't write reviews my experience with Thebco was pretty poor. First the estimation for the project completion was off by two months and it could have been longer had I not been persistent with them and making sure appointments were getting schedule. The window crew they sent to install windows did a good job and I am appreciative of that crew. They cleaned up after their project and were very accommodating to me. The siding crew did a good job with the installation it appears, but missed their scheduled appointment day and then arrived late the next day. They did not clean up their mess which included nails and screws scattered across the drive way, bits of insulation, snips of siding and dirt left behind on our front patio. Further excess materials were just left behind in the driveway leaving the driveway only partially useable until whenever they decide to come back and get their supplies. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with the time it took for them to complete the project and the complete disregard the siding crew had for our property.

  Thanks for providing detailed feedback on your project. We work hard to get each project right and installed on time and in this case, it wasn't a perfect score for us. I am addressing several of the items mentioned in your review with our team. At the same time, I looked at the timeline of the project and one of the things that challenged us was adding additional items to the the project. In this case, we didn't do the best job of notifying you of timeline adjustments as the project scope changed. That said, I do appreciate knowing about the condition of your property and will address those items going forward. It means a lot that you brought these to my attention - I hope in the end, you're happy with the job done in spite of these challenges.

  We had our basement windows replaced. Thebco was very accurate with their installation estimate. When the date was set, Devin was on time and did great work. He explained what he would do and the length of time to finish the job. Good experience all around.
