    We are very happy with the installation of the windows by Ken and Mark. They were personable and explained the daily schedule for our full house installation. They were always on time and cleaned up beautifully. The only complaint we have is that we don't think they'll come back every six months to clean the windows!!

    Very happy with the doors installed today by Jason and Kyle *********. Very professional team. They even found a flaw in the glass ( that I’m not sure I would have even seen had they not pointed it out) and took care of getting a replacement scheduled. Would highly recommend them!

    This is our second purchase with Thebco and we were not disappointed. They have a great selection and excellent quality. First time was 3 doors and this time was 2 doors. Inside and screen door. Tory and his crew did an excellent job. I am a nit picker and pointed out a few things and they were done instantly to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Thebco.

    I highly recommend Thebco. Their selection, prices and most especially customer service cannot be beat. Tory installed my new door yesterday and he arrived promptly, worked efficiently and courteously and installed the door perfectly. This was the door in my kitchen, leading out to my garage. We are going to replace our front door next year and we will definitely return to Thebco to do so. Everyone we have dealt with a Thebco provides excellent customer service. They are so great to work with!

    The windows look great and the installers Jason, Kyle and Jacob ********* were efficient and very good at their job. When I had questions they promptly answered them. The issues with the window and patio door will have to be fixed through the service department. The reviews I read indicate this should not be an issue and should not be reflected in the excellent work performed by the installers. The windows and patio door look fantastic. So far this is a great company to work with.

    We worked with Dave and then Eric * installed two storm doors for us over two different days. Everything was quite friendly, detailed, and the finished products are much better that what we replaced! Eric did an expert job even when he had to pivot, finding an unexpected metal trim that required extra installation time on his part. We would definitely use them again!

    We had Jason, Kyle, and Jacob ********* install our windows this spring, they did a great job, got the work done quickly and efficiently, kept the area clean, and were thorough (they found some rot in one area and replaced it with good wood), then Jason thoroughly explained everything they did.
