    I had an issue. I submitted a ticket. Fetch was right on it quickly. They fixed everything fast. Didn't have to answer 100 Question's. The experience was great. They take the customer service level up and beyond. Thank you

    I really enjoy using the fetch app. It does most of the work for you. There has been a couple times over the years that I found I didn't get points. So I submitted a review form and had very helpful reps. Everytime. They were very fast with getting me the points I deserved. It was always done under 24hrs too. I have noticed most receipts these days are only worth 25 points. When I first started with fetch I was seeing 1000+ points for a lot more receipts. 25 points is the minimum a receipt gets. I do like that any receipt can be scanned for points now! I will continue to use the app and recommend it to my friends and family.
