My tongue was operated on by a Dr. V. from the Onalaska , WI clinic approximately one year ago. This after he employed his scare tactics on me. After surgery there was absolutely no post surgery plan and when there were complications from the botched surgery I was given excuses and forced to go back to work without restrictions even though I could barely talk and was on liquid Oxycodone for the pain. After being back at work my tongue swelled up like a balloon I sent Dr. Valencia photos through their web portal. I was then given a back dated medical excuse to cover this up , time off, but the Dr. V. refused to see me. I was then sent a certified letter from the director stating I needed to see a specialist now to repair the damage they had done. I responded with a certified letter back to them asking why I wasn't sent to a qualified doctor to begin with , also why I was forced to go back to work while on heavy pain medication to a job I told them required a great amount of verbal communication and work with machinery . I received No answer from them what so ever to this date, as a matter of fact other than the certified letter I only received letters from them weekly begging for more money in the form of donations nothing regarding my health and well being. I did see two of their top ENT doctors in Rochester . I waited for an hour while they told me he was in a teleconference . They tried to tow the company line but you could tell from his facial expressions and their choice of words they new the truth. He told me that trying to repair what the other doctor did would be too risky with too low of a reward value. ( I taped all this.) They could not answer why I was not referred to them in the first place nor why I was sent back to work in the condition I was in. So I am left in pain with a disability that was caused by this Dr. V******* in Onalaska. Now I have to live with this for the rest of my life.
