5 starsWe had the pleasure of meeting and having Nick ** discuss renovation options from Tundraland. From the start he was warm and friendly - he spoke with us about our needs and concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and frequently asked us if we had questions and if we were happy. He made us feel at ease without pressuring us. Nick is a great representation of your company. We were impressed with the ethics of the company and the timeliness of the renovation. 1 starI was told that this would be a one-day project that turned out to be a two-day project. The installer was making statements as to saying that he regrets doing the project. It started out all bad. He called Tundraland saying he had nowhere to park. (lie) he wanted to park on our grass along with some other negativity. He was told by his boss to get the job done. Red flag right there. No one cared about me being inconvenience for a second day, which took 5.5 hrs. outside of the one-day window. The installer tried to smooth me over with ********* card saying that he was sorry for me being inconvenience. I have since spoke to them regarding what happened, and they are still trying to figure out what to do apparently for me to clear the problem, I guess my install was on June 26, 2025, I guess a sorry is appropriate for such a huge cooperation. A bath install isn't cheap at all, and I am a paying customer. This is supposed to be a compliant not a review this system wouldn't allow me to do a complete the compliant form. So, whatever it takes to share I am putting it out there,
