Croixside was going to do a door replacement at my grandma ********************* home. On October 28th 2021 *** from Croixside Home Improvement went to home and gave her a quote. My grandma ******************* signed the Advertising agreement but the signature on the sales agreement was forged. My grandma ******************* also did not sign for the method of payment. When calling to discuss with **** the owner he was very defensive when I asked for the money back and said the signature was forged. The only way we found out about the forged signature was my grandma ******************* was found on a welfare check and is now in assisted living. I found the documents when going through her home. I have other proof of her signatures if its needed. I am very concerned that Croixside Home Improvements has forged someones signature and feels like they took advantage of the elderly. I find this extremely unacceptable.

We (Croixside Home Improvements) sold ******************* a Custom made entry door with side-light along with a Emco storm door on October 28th 2021. ****** signed the Sales Agreement, the Advertising agreement and she also signed for the credit card that she used to purchase the doors.Apparently she went in to the hospital and then a care facility. Now her granddaughter ******** wants to cancel the order and get her money back.This door was built custom for ****************** cannot send it back to the builder.We would like to get the door delivered and installed and collect the other half of the total amount.******** is making outlandish chaarges that my Salesman forged *************** signature. We (Croixside Home Improvements) have never and will never forge a signature.

I am rejecting this response because:
It is clear that the signature was forged. Also in the sales agreement it doesnt state you cannot cancel the sale/installation. I also want to mention I called provia where the door was purchased it was a standard door only thing custom was Croixside Home Improvement picked the color of the door. Also Croixside home improvement tried saying the door was purchased for over 3k I found nicer doors online for 1k.
