We have been without contracted service for four days now. This have caused a detrimental effect on our life style and livelihood. We are in a 2 year contract with them to provide phone services and they have breached this contract. We refuse to pay for services not received, and believe based upon their inability to correct the problem, our contract with them is null and void. We are seeking an alternate supplier to provide this necessary service.

My issue with Cellcom is their billing practices. Customer for approx 12-13 years. Went to upgrade phones for black Friday sale, and were told since we didn't have their fancy top tier plan we didn't qualify. Went down the road to different company. We started with the whole transfer of switching numbers etc, with 2 Cellcom agents trying to talk us into not leaving. Was told they didn't prorate, so I'd have to pay a whole month for only 3 days of service. OK, upset doesn't even come close to what I was!! I had a few choice words to say, told them to get everything figured out with porting our numbers so we could get on with finishing up at new company. Pay my bill when it arrived approx 2 weeks later, and even online chatting with customer service, as to why when we pay a month in advance, online shows they can pro rate charges for partial month IF YOU OWE THEM MONEY, but they cant prorate when you are only into 3 days into next billing cycle, and she made it seem like the $99.52 would be final bill, (and I have a screenshot of me stating I didn't want Cellcom to ***** me for more than the $99.52). BUT going online a week or so later, to MyCellcom account, to make sure it showed my payment went through, and showing a zero balance, wanting to just be done with them, imagine my surprise when it shows I owe another $12.70 !! WHAT?? Call back and they inform me it is a bill for surcharges and other fees,. They claim you pay a month in advance for regular service, but all these other fees, taxes etc are not paid in advance. Well being with them for so long I didn't have a bill from that long go to see what was I actually charged from the beginning. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay a total of $112.22 for only 3 days of service!! I have already started my campaign to get anyone I know, to get as far away from Cellcom. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Seems a bit shady with how they do business!

Expressing my concern with cellcom in plover wisconsin. We switched our cell services to another company and were advised once we port over to the new company our billing will stop. We were advised this from multiple people in this location. After switching carriers we were told can use the lines through the end of the billing cycle. We are no longer with this company and only want to pay for the time we have been a customer. Cellcom wants to charge an extra two weeks that we are not with this company to the end of the billing cycle. This is unfair practice. I will never do business with this company again.

Was a loyal customer for over 20 years. Cell reception kept declining to the point I would get 1 bar or SOS when not in a city. Tried all their suggestions including cell booster with no improvement in performance. Had several security cameras at home that ran off cell single and most of time would not have a single so were useless. When I decided to switch they told me my final bill would just be surcharge and taxes/fees. I got billed an entire month plus all the additional charges on that final bill. Also I had auto pay with them. I stopped it before my final bill because I wanted to review the final bill before I paid it. We had 7 lines and since I stopped auto pay before the final bill they billed me $10 per line for a total of $70 because I stopped the auto pay. Final bill was $674.34

Garbage. Please avoid a decade of tricky contracts... It costs money to leave but it's 100% worth it. Even their loyalty department have their hands tied. I get a refund of a phone they took the deal away from 4 years from now to try to get me to stay. Hop to ****** Fi.. or anywhere else frankly. The only reason this smaller company is going is because boomers are locked in and don't realize how they have the right to raise the bill by 4 dollars every month. Read the contract... And then run You're welcome

Cellcom denied receiving at least two porting requests from Spectrum. Cellcom said they received nothing from Spectrum (i.e., porting requests) and that the problem was on Spectrum's end. Spectrum wants the mobile business, of course they are going to send a porting request(s). I wasn't going to ask for the Cellcom manager (after three polite calls to Cellcom with ignorant but perky and certain answers that Spectrum was at fault) so I just got a new number from Spectrum. I won't waste my time with cellcom ever again. Leaving this review is probably another waste of time but I want the state and other people to know that Cellcom is probably, first, acting illegally by refusing/denying/cancelling/ignoring (what is the right term here? I don't know) porting requests and, second, lying (that is right, you think Spectrum never actually sent any requests after me asking them at least twice?) about never having received porting requests. Good luck Cellcom, you will never bring anyone back by refuting facts and hiding behind technology that no one outside of your world can see. I could dig up the facts, such as evidence from Spectrum, but, again, not worth my time.

*******, Cellcom has your number marked as portable in a database where carriers list their portable/non-portable numbers. Any limitation around porting your number would be due to the other carrier. We have not received any port requests from Spectrum or any another carrier for your number. Thank you for being a longtime customer with **********************. We are sad to see you go. We wish you all the best with your new carrier.

I would not give Cellcom even a one star review. My husband and I purchased our phones from Cellcom with a contract almost two years ago. My phone has never really worked well. At best, we have one bar in our home. I have texts that do not go out, we have phone calls dropped in our home and in our neighborhood. The service has progressively gotten worse. It is to the point that I use our landline to communicate and make very short texts or they won't go out. A lot of times pictures do not go out. I have gone down to the office in Two Rivers to complain, that office is now closed. The Manitowoc office told my husband that we have too many trees in our area to receive a good signal. Both offices inform us to call their 611 customer assistance number. I have called that number many times. They tell me to turn my phone off to reset. That works for a little while. Now I have to call them on my landline because the phone call will get dropped on my cell. Lately, the routine is they can only talk with the person on the account, which in their mind is my husband, not me. They have given us new sim cards which did nothing. We have now been waiting over a week to receive a loner phone from them to see if it is our phones.
All we want is to get out of this contract so we can move onto a cell phone provider that will give us good service and a signal. To cancel our contract we would have to pay the remainder of the the amount owed on our phones. The phones and or service DO NOT WORK for us. They sold us phones and a contract knowing we would receive a very poor signal.
