1 starService was down due to the company getting hacked. I received my most recent invoice with the double downtime credits, and the credits were based off a flat 10 day downtime, regardless of your actual downtime. I contacted customer service and they stated that this is the maximum they are willing to compensate anyone with no exceptions. I have been a customer for 24 years, but will now be switching to another provider. I understand that any company can be hacked, and was willing to stick with the company because they said they were going to take care of their customers to get trust back. This is an unaccpteable amount of compensation for loss of service, loss of time, and loss of business. I recommend others seek a different provider as well.Cellcom

1 starThey always bill forward a month & tried to collect from 5/14/25-5/28/25 when they were scammed & I had no service. I met in person & on the phone but they insisted I pay. I was a client for 20+ years. I cancelled my service.Cellcom

1 starAfter being with Cellcom for 10 years, it seems they no longer care about their customers. Their cell service was out for two weeks and I lost hundreds of dollars and instead of doing their best to talk with me and help with compensation they said I missed the date to "double my downtime" what they mean is I missed out on getting my bill paid for in full and they are only giving me a slight discount. I called them before they knew what discounts were being made, and they said they would get back to me. The text they sent was vague, and they knew that most people wouldn't take advantage of a vague text. Additionally, they will not escalate any additional complaints. After 10 years of being with a service, you think they would at least give me the courtesy of paying my bill in full. Everyone I spoke to about this outage lost more than just two weeks of a bill; they lost money, time with family, and emotional distress. After that, the best they can offer is half of my bill. It's just the kind of thing that makes you second-guess a company's integrity.Cellcom

1 starTerrible !!! Without phone service for over 20 days! Had no choice but to leave the company due to them breaking my contract with them! They stated no refund will be given to me due to me leaving!!! After going to local store and them still not being able to get my phones working! This is terrible I have been with Cellcom for over 20 years and they won't refund me for their service!!!!! How can they get away with not refunding people!Cellcom

1 starI HAD TO LEAVE A STAR BUT ABSOLUTRLY SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!! Worst service ever!!!! They refuse to own up to there mistakes and get there stuff together. They clearly don't communicate with one another and they blame the customer for their wrong doing!! And no remorse nor reimbursement what so ever they should be shut down for good!!Cellcom

1 starFor nearly 20 years we had excellent service with Cellcom. In the last 8 months we have numerous call fails daily or calls that do not go through and calls not *********** not tell me to contact customer service! I have several times. They tell us we are in a live area and should have problems. Their answer is to buy a booster for about $500. They were never able to answer my 2 questions - What changed on Cellcoms part that now causes our service interruption? If I am in a live area and have had good service for many years why should I pay for a booster? Recent 2 week cyber issue with very little communication to customers regarding service restoration or if our personal information was jeopardized.Very poor all around - a 1 star is being generousCellcom

1 starhorrible experience as a new customer, expensive, the outage that happened in 2025 was not even discounted from our bill. So unreliable and very unprepared to keep the service from hackers and IT problems. I would fire all of them if I was the CEOCellcom

1 starCellcoms cellular service outage for six days and counting now without an expected timeline for resolution is completely unacceptable and dangerous for those who rely on cellular coverage each and every day. 1 starWe have been without contracted service for four days now. This have caused a detrimental effect on our life style and livelihood. We are in a 2 year contract with them to provide phone services and they have breached this contract. We refuse to pay for services not received, and believe based upon their inability to correct the problem, our contract with them is null and void. 1 starMy issue with Cellcom is their billing practices. Customer for approx 12-13 years. Went to upgrade phones for black Friday sale, and were told since we didn't have their fancy top tier plan we didn't qualify. Went down the road to different company. We started with the whole transfer of switching numbers etc, with 2 Cellcom agents trying to talk us into not leaving. Was told they didn't prorate, so I'd have to pay a whole month for only 3 days of service. OK, upset doesn't even come close to what I was!! I had a few choice words to say, told them to get everything figured out with porting our numbers so we could get on with finishing up at new company. Pay my bill when it arrived approx 2 weeks later, and even online chatting with customer service, as to why when we pay a month in advance, online shows they can pro rate charges for partial month IF YOU OWE THEM MONEY, but they cant prorate when you are only into 3 days into next billing cycle, and she made it seem like the $99.52 would be final bill, (and I have a screenshot of me stating I didn't want Cellcom to ***** me for more than the $99.52). BUT going online a week or so later, to MyCellcom account, to make sure it showed my payment went through, and showing a zero balance, wanting to just be done with them, imagine my surprise when it shows I owe another $12.70 !! WHAT?? Call back and they inform me it is a bill for surcharges and other fees,. They claim you pay a month in advance for regular service, but all these other fees, taxes etc are not paid in advance. Well being with them for so long I didn't have a bill from that long go to see what was I actually charged from the beginning. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay a total of $112.22 for only 3 days of service!! I have already started my campaign to get anyone I know, to get as far away from Cellcom. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Seems a bit shady with how they do business!Cellcom
