    Office Supply.com misrepresent the item they are selling and sent the customer (me) a different item. I've made this purchase placed on October 30, 2022, Total: $48.92.
    Below is from Office Supply.com:
    I apologize for the confusion. Per the supplier the item received is the item ordered. The supplier has stated that it has been updated with the manufacturer. I apologize for the confusion. I have sent this information onto the content team to have the photo updated.

    This company's personnel admitted that the photo used by their company was wrong and she is going to have the photo updated, nothing was updated. I checked as of November 10, 2022. They won't give me a label for the return at their cost. Here is their terms:
    You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. you can use carrier of your choice. If the package is refused you will be charged a refusal fee.
    Carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original manufacturer packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely. If the manufacturer seal has been broken the item is not returnable.
    Two of the items arrived opened!! dislodged from its backing. They packaged these items with a soft bubble bag and they think the items arrived not damaged??? BEWARE of this company and how they misrepresent and scam your money.

The items you received do not need to be returned, we have issued a refund for the item you received, please keep them we do not need them back. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a HON ignition chair from this company. As a new mother of twins who just returned to working from home, I’ve had a lot of back and shoulder pain so I researched best but affordable chairs. Once it arrived, the wheels kept falling off and I was afraid of exacerbating my injuries rather than helping! When I looked into returning the item, I learned I’d have to disassemble and ship back at my expense. I’m not physically able to disassemble the product and even if I can, the expense of shipping back such a large item would be very high. Now I’m out almost $400 and still don’t have a functioning chair. It really wish I’d stuck with Amazon, which even offers the chair for $5 less.

    The only thing you need to know to be sure this company is running a huge scam is the fact that when you get a shipping notification from them, under tracking info they show something like this: Tracking Information Shipped - Estimated delivery 10/12/2022 That's all. They don't state what carrier they've shipped your order with. They don't give you a tracking number. My delivery date came and went without any update from them. I had to log into their website to see this updated status message: Tracking Information:Shipped - Delivery delayed (previously expected 10/12/2022)So, if they shipped the item, I should have information about the carrier and tracking number, so that I can take up delivery issues with them, right? Or are these guys so big that they use their own nationwide delivery fleet, like Amazon? Not even close. I'll be calling their customer service tomorrow morning and demanding delivery carrier information and a tracking number for my 'shipped' order. Anybody want to put money on whether I'll get that info, or just some ******** runaround?I can't wait to see the conjob of a reply they're going to leave my review.

    Highly satisfied! Excellent customer service. I ordered 35 Avery 1 inch binders for my business. The shipment was delivered to the wrong address. I called the customer service and spoke to the manager. The manager shipped out on same day delivery and I was able to get all the binder the very next day. I'm very happy with their service.

    Astounding quickness of delivery in California. Order accepted at 11:55 AM one day and delivered at 9:17 AM the next day with free shipping, not Amazon! Product undamaged and as advertised.
