      I ordered an office chair from here and had it at my house in less than 36 hours. I live out in the country where things usually take longer. The price was a lot cheaper than other stores carrying the same exact chair.

      I was very leery about ordering yarn from an office supply website, especially with the horrible reviews I saw. Do not believe these reviews. I am extremely pleased with the service, shipping, and product. In fact, if I could give them 10 stars, I would!

      Be aware if you need to return chairs. I need to return 4 chairs, because of misleading information. They said I am responsible for the shipping cost. The cost to return the chair cost was almost $500.00. You will pay more what the chair cost. Also when I received the chairs they were shipped to us very bad. No protection at all. The box was not seal well. Very, very disappointed with this company. So now I got stuck with four chairs due to the shipping cost.

      my order was cancelled twice because they needed to "verify" something. called and reorder and was told that everything was good and then got an email to cancel saying it's out of stock. find another retailer...

      They had a very misleading ad for gel pens. They showed a pack of 6 pens with the price of $1.99. I was charged over $10 for shipping, which they used a 14"x15"x5" box to ship 1 gel pen! I paid over $11 for a gel pen!!

      Run. If you like amazon youll hate officesupply.com. Do not use your money here to try and spend elsewhere from Amazon. I ordered 6 tvs and 2 were busted upon opening the box- simple enough. This should be an easy swap. No, I would spend 10 minutes listing what I was asked to do, amongst everything was take 14 pictures (for real) of each TV and its box, upload them 'properly', diagram them, and label them. Their staff was very confused and sent me to 3 departments over the last 7 weeks and now they are denying the swap because they don't like a sticker on one box. I am being told to go to Samsung directly and that office supply has washed their hands of the matter. Ive even offered to skype them to prove everything is legit. Crappy customer service and I'm guessing I know why their prices are low, long term these guys will be out of business shortly anyways. Good work officesupply.com, you give Amazon a great name.

      Do not order from this company. I thought I was ordering two cases of paper, but received two reams of regular copier paper and was charged $62.24. When I called OfficeSupply.com to return the paper, that was unopened, still in its original packaging, I was told that was an "unreturnable" item.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!Ordered a product on 4/18, took a week before it even showed that it was "in processing" and now after another week, still no change.But they sure took my money in an instant.
