    I would not use this business again. Ordered 2 boxes of 240 pencils. Received 2 boxes of 6 pencils. Customer service promptly promised to make it right. Reshipped 2 boxes of 60 pencils. Called back & was promised another 240 pencils would be shipped. Then emailed demanding the second shipment be returned b/f the corrected order could be sent. Pencils were purchased to help local teachers. Would do nothing to compensate for time lost and poor customer service.

    We were very skeptical about this company and was a little nervous to order after reading all the negative reviews. We were looking for a ********* ****** ******* Office Chair. They are available at ****** ***** and this Company Officesupply.com. The chair cost $499 with tax at OD with no available discounts, and they would not price match Officsupply.com. we decided to take a chance and order from Officesupply.com. The chair arrived today as scheduled (it took 3 days). All parts were in the box, no damage to the chair or packaging. The price including tax was $349., saving us $150. We are pleased with the company, their service, the free shipping, fast delivery, value and the quality of the product. We will absolutely us the company again.

    False advertising. They listed one set of colored pencils as soft core with one product number at a certain cost and also listed similar colored pencils NOT listed as soft core and with a different product number and a slightly higher price. This led me to believe they were not soft core so I ordered them. What was sent to me was clearly marked soft core so I called to return them. I was treated very rudely by the customer "service" representative over the phone and was informed I would have to pay to return the item myself. Had I actually wanted this item I could have gotten it for $20 less on ****** and had it delivered on time (which this was not).I do not recommend ever using their website for any purchases to anyone.

    I don't often take the time to leave positive reviews because I buy so many things that doing so would be too time consuming. However, I am doing so this time because I had never heard of this company before this purchase. I also try to research who I am buying from before ordering, and I was almost put off by the reviews on BBB and Trustpilot. I am glad I took a chance. I noticed that most of the complaints were for traditional office supplies rather than office chairs, so I took a chance, and I am glad I did. The chair I bought couldn't be found for anywhere near the price I got from officesupply.com. The other stores were selling the exact same item for $100 more, even ******. I hoped for the best, and I'm quite happy. The chair arrived earlier than first expected. The box was handled well and the chair was well packed. I put it today, and felt I show review the store. They did a great job and the pricing was more than fair.

    I found so many negative reviews it almost kept me from experiencing an awesome buying experience. Office supply.com showed an amazing price in an office chair I had been wanting to buy, but I was reluctant due to the negative reviews. All I can say is the whole experience was awesome and I could not be happier.

    Be ABSOLUTELY sure it is what you REALLY want BEFORE you place your order with OfficeSupply.com! YOU pay the Shipping Costs to return it and you CANNOT cancel your order, no matter what! I bought yarn and tried to return it within an hours. It was on a Friday before a 4-day Holiday weekend. I emailed and called immediately, and again on Monday morning. On the phone she (at OfficeSupply.com) said "the order was cancelled." I was very grateful and thanked her. I later received an email that said it was NOT canceled. I called them back to only be told TWICE (I had her repeat it) absolutely "It is NOT POSSIBLE to EVER cancel an order"! I DID learn One lesson - I will always check out companies I don't know with the BBB first! So, again, be ABSOLUTELY SURE it is EXACTLY what you want, and the price you want, before you place your order with OfficeSupply.com! By the way, my purchase cost apx $42, to send it back cost apx $30! I kept it. (If I could give a 0 or 1/2 Star, I would.)

    24 loose Boxes of Puffs Facial Tissue in one large Cardboard Box. Box was not sealed properly, No Fragile Makings on Box. Was Water Damaged and Also Crushed, Crushing every Box inside and Water Damage was Apparent. Never Order Anything From OffSupp.Com Again. They make No exceptions For their Lack of Diligence Even Though the Box They shipped in Said "Quality Is Serious Business"
