I'd give a Zero, or negative if I could!I have it on my voicemail, estimate $815, all parts, labor, everything. (headlight assembly, and fan, for ATV) They call, say the fan is no longer avail. I should look online, "They couldn't look". I get a fan online, and since I had to search things out, got two light assemblies, figured since apart, would change both. Go in, now price is still $815. I say, yes, but I have parts. He says didn't charge you for them. I said the estimate was for $815 total parts and labor. Now he says there is shop supplies of $35, and extra labor for extra light. I say you have it tore apart, can replace all at same time, should be less. He says one light is on left, one on right and fan below. I say you take shroud off top! He says it's not one piece. (which it is of course!, I'd like to see how they'd put fan in from underneath!) I said, what is shop supplies, well, screws,spring etc. I said, you can't use old ones? Everybody charges this he says. Then he prints out estimate before lights were taken off. He didn't charge for fan, but now shop supplies are $43.14, and an environmental fee of $21.56. I say, there is no oil, no fuel to remove, I'll take the old parts! I say wait, there is still a charge of $91.99 for a light, he says that's the price before. So where is the new one! he prints out another, Took off the light charge, but now shop supplies are $52.74, (still a charge for spring of $21.98, and an adjusting nut for $10.99!) AND environmental fee is now raised to $26.36! Now the entire bill is $817.90 With me bringing in parts! The fan they said would cost at least $150.99, and one light $91.99. But...the price is still the same with those taken off. Everytime I discussed something with him the price changed! Needless to say, I picked up ATV, and will NEVER go back there!
