On April 1st, 2021 we ordered a 2022 ***** Pioneer Deluxe with the intention of being delivered in October 2021. As of this date, January 25, 2022 we still do not have the **** Zacho's cannot produce the color we ordered or the machine. We contacted them in October, 2021 and stated we would like to cancel the order and get our $500 down payment back due to the fact they cannot get us the machine or the color we want. They refuse to give us our $500 back and said it is their policy not to return it. It is almost 10 months since we ordered it. We would just like to get our down payment back from them. No contract was ever signed or dated.Business response

We have called the customer and agreed to refund his deposit due to the delay in receiving the product from our vendor.Customer response
