      Terrible. They didn't even bother to clean the apartment before I moved in. So many things were broken and still are, and my requests to have things fixed go ignored or they say theyll get on it "ASAP", which means never. The few things they did fix fell apart or were not entirely fixed. They put "band aids" on long overdue repairs. I cleaned it up the best I could before moving in, but it still has lots of iissues and for a "non smoking" establishment, the hallways smell like cigarette smoke more often than not. These are the cheapest rentals in *************** yet I still feel as if I'm paying way to much at $725 a month. ************************************** Worst apartment I've ever lived in.

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN!! Absolutely horrible management company. Tried to send a lease renewal 6 months into a 1 year lease with a rent increase. They ignored any communication on correcting the paperwork. No resolution on maintenance issues. When having issues with a neighbor screaming, yelling and blasting music at all hours of the night they refused to deal with it saying that its an issue between residents or they would claim they were working on evicting everyone from that unit but over 2 years later they're still living there.
