My husband called to find out what was owed and that we were coming to pay. Employee stated $492 cash was owed and said for the owner (our daughter) to bring her driver's license. We get there and the bill is now $577 and we needed to show proof of registration. Thank goodness my daughter had a copy of her registration on her phone. They were going to charge us another $25 to "look it up". I questioned why they didn't tell us the correct bill amount in the first place. One employee said "well you know taxes and everything..." Another accused my husband of lying. I offered to pay the additional bill amount of $65 with my credit card or check. NO! Cash only! So we go to a bank 5 minutes away. Their ATM would not work. Drove to a Kwik Trip ATM. Now it has blocked my card because the bank thinks it's been stolen. Go back to the place, by now SO IRRITATED, and express my frustration. They just don't get it!!! Their policies are ridiculous ($25 to look something up on the computer in two minutes?!!), you don't tell a customer that their husband is a liar, you don't give the customer the wrong bill amount and expect them to come up with the cash when most don't even carry it any more, you acknowledge a mistake and apologize for it, and you have flexibility and collect the remainder of a bill in a different form when YOUR EMPLOYEE made an error. When I first came in and questioned why my daughter was not told the fees, one employee YELLED "maybe she should have waited with the car!!!". Well it was late night, dark out and the police told her she could leave. Stop yelling at your customers, initiate communication immediately so people understand your billing policies. Granted my daughter should have reached out right away, but you could have called or texted her with payment information immediately. Successful businesses do that to help their customers save $ and to be transparent. RUDE EMPLOYEES and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER **********************.

I had a fatal car accident this month. My car was towed by this moving company. They were very rude to my wife and unprofessional. I got AAA to tow my car from their garage to collision place. The owner was very rude to my wife and won't tell her the amount I owe to them as I decided to use AAA. He was screaming on the phone DONT KNOW AND DONT CARE They deserve 0 star rating . I am not sure why ********** POLICE WORK WITH THESE CLOWNS !!!!

ZERO STARS I called this clown Dennis because our company is the lienholder on the vehicle that was towed. I asked him what the amount was to get the car out, and he started yelling "ARE YOU COMING TO GET IT OR NOT??!!, WHAT DOES IT MATTER WHAT THE AMOUNT IS, I TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU EVERY DAY". First of all, isn't that your job, CLOWN?? Stop being lazy and give the amount to the lienholder. Do you not want to make money, CLOWN? PUT THE BAG OF CHIPS DOWN AND SO SOME WORK, *** ***. It's loser businesses like this one that give a bad name to tow lots. This guy is a total jerk, ******.

My car was stolen and stripped to nothing. Not even an engine. It's worth nothing. They want to charge me over $1400 for towing and storage. Guy was very rude to me and started yelling.

If there was a zero star, that is how I would rate them. For some reason, all of the area Police departments contract with them to tow vehicles from accidents. I will be filing a complaint with the police department as well. Do not allow this to happen if you can prevent it. Call any other tow company. They overcharge and then some. Was $145 to tow but also a $55 mileage charge for 3 miles. $60 per calendar day "storage fee". Not open weekends to get your car so if towed Friday night, you pay Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for your car to sit there. They only take CASH - but don't tell you that until you arrive. To top it off, the tow driver was rude and didn't really care how he hooked up the car. The guys in the "office" were as unprofessional as they come. I would question if their practices are within the law and whether they pay taxes on the cash only.
