      This is the second complaint I'm having to file against OAC. I've spoken to the original creditor who stated there was a mix up but they had my insurance on file and the account WAS PAID BY INSURANCE oac agreed to remove ALL collections from my credit report yet THEY ARE STILL THERE. I should not have to fight for these inaccurate untrue reports on my credit report to be removed I'd like for OAC to keep there word and REMOVE ALL MARKS ON MY CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE I DO NOT OWE ANY OF THEM IVE HAD THEM REFERENCED AND CHECKED I WANT IT REMOVED FROM ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS

      Unfortunately unless we are provided with more information regarding the consumer, we can not locate an account in our office. Any of the following can help;

      Date of Birth

      Last 4 of Social Security Number

      Credit reporting id number

      Account number in our office

      When pulling up ******* ***** in our office we have several matches and need something more to go off of since the address she provided and phone number are not information that we have in our office either.

      We received a previous inquiry regarding accounts and we did in fact return them and request they be removed from your Transunion report because we could not get statements from the client as they were too old. In receiving this complaint it shows that the client ******* ******* has sent us several accounts under a different last name of ********. We have verified that these are your accounts and updated the address on file and will send out itemization of the debts. These have all gone through insurance and the balances are owed amounts.

      This account on my credit report is false and misleading account and is in violation of 15 USC 1692e. I owe no alleged debt to OAC whatsoever because I didn’t owe Medical. Pursuant to 15 USC 1602(l) my social security number is a credit card. Not only is it a credit card it’s an open-end credit plan that is liable to the United States pursuant to 18 USC 8 and anytime I use my social security card in a transaction it becomes a consumer credit transaction pursuant to 15 USC 1602i. Within every consumer credit transaction, there is a finance charge, and pursuant to 15 USC 1605 the finance charge is the sum of all charges and can’t be paid with comparable cash. So all my transactions with medical were paid in full and these accounts are false and misleading pursuant to 15 USC1692e. They are also harming my reputation, which is a violation of 15 USC1692d(1) and they cannot produce a contract between me and OAC. OAC is also infringing upon my right to privacy pursuant to 15 usc 1681a(4).

      We will be contacting the client on the claims that we hold in our office after which we will be sending Ms. **** the itemization of the bills. If she has any further questions regarding her medical bills she can contact a representative in our office and we can try to assist her in getting these resolved.
