  Lindus is a top notch organization. We had no problems with the work they did for us. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. It was completed when they said it would be and we didnt find so much as a nail when they left. Highly recommend!! Lindus will not let you down

  Lindus Construction has performed several outside projects on our house in Minnetonka. The first job involved the installation of steel roofing on our home. There were several layers of asphalt shingles that had to be removed. Once they exposed the wood plywood surface, they noticed that there were several areas that showed water leakage damage.. Their protocol is to never install new roofing component, asphalt of steel, on water compromised plywood. They quickly removed the water compromised plywood before installing steel shingles. They did a great job cleaning up the area around the house for screws and excess steel roofing scrap. etc. The second project that we had them do was to install a new deck composed of Zuri decking material. They removed the old decking frame and anchored the new decking frame using diamond point in ground deck supports. They completed the project promptly, The deck looks great and I never have to worry about every other year deck surface maintenance. Lastly, we had Lindus replace our old vinyl siding. It used to be white but it evolved into more of a yellow color. We had them install LP Smart siding in the blue color that we picked out. It's surface is virtually indestructible. And 100% Wood Pecker proof! They took their time with the measuring and cutting such that the siding looks like you hope it would. We had Lindus do several minor projects for us as well. But the bottom line is, they don't take shortcuts and use quality materials that should stand the test of time.   Our Lindus Construction summer 2023 project went very well with the team of workers for our new Andersen patio doors, a new 16x20 maintenance free deck that was built. New siding on our lake home with the leaf guard gutter system installed and the LED lights on all the deck posts. We love the new look and our family will enjoy the space on the new deck. Everyone is complimenting on the new siding colors. Great job Lindus.

  These are excellent gutters. I have a lot of trees so in the late autumn and early winter I have to make sure that leaves haven't piled up at the down spout (this depends on the style of your home). But walking around the house to be sure the leaves aren't piling up is nothing compared to cleaning entire gutters. I can look inside of them and see empty gutters--beautiful. For my house I have heat cables, roof and gutter de-icing cables. They work for my house.

  We had Lindus put in a small deck for us and fix an existing small deck on the second story of our home. They did an incredible job. The workmanship is more than I expected. We have spent our summer enjoying the deck(s). Lindus is responsive and the clean up was great. Thanks to Chad *** and Logan ******* and the others, who may have been on the team but I forgot or didn’t get their names, for a job very well done. I will definitely look at Lindus next time I need work done.

  My experience with the insurance company was a nightmare until two salesmen Lucas and Mike came to the rescue. They examined the problems the hail created and went to work securing my roof and Leaf Guard. My experience with Lindus Construction all the way from the initial meeting to the final cleanup and insurance payment was respectful, energizing, and productive.
