    My roof and LeafGuard gutters were damaged with the May 2022 hail. The Sales Rep was so helpful work with the insurance company to get a satisfying settlement. Last week the work crew worked steadily, quietly and efficiently to replace the roof and LeafGuard gutters. For the past few years I have enjoyed the performance of these LeafGuard gutters. They have never filled or become clogged with silver maple helicopters or leaves. I knew from this experience that they were the people I wanted to work with to rectify the hail damage. They whole team has done a wonderful job!

    I would just like to compliment your employee, *****, for his excellent work and customer service skills. We had an insulation job completed by two of your staff and hoped to get pictures of the work they did including putting foam around the openings under the insulation, but they had left without letting us know. (My husband and I both work from home and had been in our offices, so they probably didn't want to bother us.) ***** stopped by to check their work and went up and took pictures for us. He noticed some things missed and also noticed that woodpeckers had opened up a hole in our siding up high just under the roof overhang. He fixed what the guys missed but because the hole couldn't be reached with a regular ladder, he said he would come back with some two by fours to build a ladder to climb up. He did come back to fix the hole on a very hot day so it took a couple trips to our attic. A few months later, we had water drip through our bathroom fan during a rainstorm so we contacted your office and ***** again pulled through for us. He noticed the fan tubes weren't completed sealed at the top and fixed that, showing us before and after pictures. Every time ***** was at our home, he was professional, thorough, extremely pleasant, and explained things very well. You are very lucky to have such an outstanding employee with excellent customer service skills and we wanted to make sure you were aware of that.

    We had the Lindus guys out this past week to install our 2 new Provia outside storm doors. They arrived at the time that they said they would and did a great job with the door installation. We are a big Fan of the Lindus company. We have used them for steel roofing installation, LP Smart siding, and Zuri composite deck installation. In every construction project, Lindus demonstrated excellent workmanship. We would strongly recommend this construction company for all of your home update projects.

    Lindus did a great job on our gutters years ago, and again this year. Communication is a big deal to me, and they scored high in that regard. Coordination with our roofer and follow-through with us and our insurance company made the process easier than I imagined. Installation crew was professional, polite, and accommodating.

    My wife and I are avid WCCO listeners who tune to hear **** Lindus every weekend. When we heard about a free heat map analysis, we decided to have one done on our attic. ******* came out and suggested we could improve our homes energy efficiency by installing Thermax boxes sealed to our drywall, along with more insulation. ******* contacted us to complete our project and it was done in a timely manner. They did a nice job and exhibited expert workmanship. The team was polite, and we are very pleased with the result. In the past, Lindus has also completed a kitchen renovation and the installation of a new deck. They are top-notch and hire qualified people.
