    "In my opinion, Bulldog Auto has really been slipping in the last several months, both in their job performance and their customer service. After being a loyal customer, and spending thousands at their establishment this year alone, I have been told off 2 times by the owner's father (who works the counter), and once by the owner because I have had to bring the vehicle back for something they have either broken while fixing what they were supposed to be fixing, or for the same problem persisting after I've paid them to fix it." ...
