      This business is a scam. I took my car there for the wiper assembly to be replaced. They charged me $900 to replace the assembly and motor on top of a $200 inspection charge for looking at it even though I didn't ask them to look at it, I asked them to replace it. My wipers now slam down when they are turned on. Gave them a second chance, took my dads truck there to replace a fuel filter, again charged inspection and called to say it needed to be replaced. Charged me $700 to replace the fuel filter when I DIDNT ask for an inspection. I dont care if my vehicle had a fuel filter replaced yesterday, if the customer asks you to replace something then you do it. But no they charged me for inspection and replacement even though my truck tells me that it needs to be replaced and then they didn't even clear the code. Gave them a 3rd chance. Brought the truck back to have them change the running boards on my dads truck. I ordered new ones but didn't want to install them incorrectly. Another $900 to remove running boards and install the new ones I provided. 4th and final chance. Brought my boyfriends new car to them requesting them to replace the struts. They didn't take the tires off or do any kind of inspection other than just looking under the vehicle and saying that yes they need to be replaced and that cost $203. I didn't ask for it to be inspected. I asked for the struts to be replaced *** they then quoted me $2900 to replace the struts plus the $200 inspection cost when they didn't even inspect it. I paid them the $203 and then the gentleman working the front counter was refusing to give us the vehicle until the next day. He decided to pull all the vehicles into the shop 20 minutes before closing and didn't want to have to move them back out. I'm sorry but thats not my problem. Don't close 20 minutes early...he finally agreed to give us the vehicle and refused to tell me when the owner would be in next to speak with. Took my car to ***************** and got it fixed for $1300

      *********************** brought in a ***** accord in January for the wipers. We did a half hour inspection that we charged ***** for not $200. She also approved it at drop off. We then replaced her wiper motor and linkages, total after tax was ******. We dont have any record of her bringing that car back in for warranty work, nor do we have a record of ever bringing in any other car in. The other vehicles she has spoken off may have been brought in by the actual owners of the vehicles. For example her boyfriends car that "she" brought in wasnt true. Her boyfriend ************************* called in to the shop and asked for a quote on rear struts. I asked why do you think you need those. His response was something to the effect of im not sure the car makes noise over bumps, etc. I advised we should do a suspension inspection inspection and advised ****************** that we needed to start with the inspection but I did quote him around $1300 including the inspection. Upon inspection which included a test drive and putting the vehicle on a lift and shaking down the suspension as well as visually inspecting, we found all the struts were leaking and causing noise, we also found the tires needed replaced, the rear brakes were making noise and we found an unidentified leak. We recommended front and rear struts and a oil leak test/cleaning as well as a brake inspection. On the initial phone call customer was told he would need to leave the vehicle over night because he was dropping it off late in the day. We were able to get it inspected early and then once the customer received the quote he said he would call us back. He then showed up 20 mins before closing and this is the first time we interacted with **************.

      I am rejecting this response because: the phone calls were on speaker phone as his phone doesnt work without being speaker. I heard what was said, as did my father. **** was not the quote that was given nor is it the quote that was given to us on the paper you provided us. The other vehicle that was brought in by ME and my father so this was not your first interaction. Nor did I ask for an inspection on my wipers. I asked for the assembly to be replaced as i already had an inspection done prior by another business so i knew what was wrong. Not to mention with my boyfriends car, we got the inspection and struts replaced and an alignment done for almost half of what you quoted us and they didn't find any other issues with the vehicle AND the inspection was free!
