    Do not work with this company. They will lie to you every step of the way. They will not be able to do anything they say and you will not save money. Whatever you do, do not sign a contract with them.

    It is my opinion that ************ is a total rip off, Do not use Riverside Payments, or FM Payments, or ************************** for your credit card Processing, They charge more than they tell you that they are going to charge. They have horrible customer service, They will not answer questions in a timely manner if ever. I will never use them again and ware others to stay away! I feel that they are a Scam. I wish That I could give them lower than a 1 star!

    I cannot express enough how big of a headache this company has been. During the sales process, I explained what I was looking for and was assured this service would provide those needs. After I had signed my contract, I started checking reviews on ******* There were several that made me a bit anxious about the company I had just committed to. I reached out to my account manager, ****, but she did not reply. It wasn't until she had my order delivered and wanted to set up the install that I heard back from her. She dismissed the complaints I had read about, in particular, all the hidden fees. I felt a little relieved and moved forward with the installation. During the installation, I asked questions about the services I would need to utilize for my business... That is when I was advised those services are actually additional apps that have to be downloaded and often come with additional charges. The reviews on the apps themselves weren't very positive and I knew that this service would have a negative impact on my existing business. Within in a week of the install, I requested to cancel the service. I've called multiple times, I have since been charged a service fee, and I STILL do not have this service cancelled! I've been promised call backs, but have yet to have one of those returned. I was threatened with early cancel fees even though during the sales process, I was advised I could cancel at any time (and nothing in my contract reflects this cancellation fee).I am currently sitting on the phone, again, waiting on a rep to answer to see why my service is STILL not showing as cancelled.I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from utilizing this company. Their service is beyond poor, the responsiveness is downright inept, and the service that they claim to offer is not actually reflective of what THEY are providing.
