I can't express the greatness of this company. They make you feel as though they only work for you! **************** is always on point. I thought it too good to be true, but it is TRUE! They have done what they said they were going to do for my company. Job well done guys.

After receiving a call from **** and **** at Crusader, I was absolutely pleased with how they treated me over the phone. They listened to me, spoke clearly, and there were no automated responses at all! 5 starsI have a gift shop in ******** and I have been with Crusaders for 1 1/2 years. I have saved a lot of money since switching from my previous company. Even though my customers now have to pay a percentage they have adjusted to it and it's not a problem since I do offer cash or check. **************** is great. We have only been with Crusader Payments for a couple months now, but we have been very impressed with the level of customer service they provide. We have much lower processing fees than with our previous company and our account manager is a pleasure to work with. I have been working with this company for over 2 years and from the beginning they have gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is spectacular. They have always been happy to answer my questions (all ****** of them) and make sure I understand things fully. They help me resolve any equipment issues right away. The owner has personally made it very clear that he will do what it takes to take care of me and my business and that means more than any money can buy. I can always text or call and get help right away- no waiting on hold and speaking to random people all over the world, you're speaking to people who know you and care about you. This business has superceded all expectations to earn my trust and I would recommend nobody else if you want to truly be taken care of!!Crusader Payments
