I was referred to this company by a friend. I called them to have them service my 2 businesses for credit card processing. I filled out the applications. A few days go by and they put my business on hold for more information. I sent them 3 months bank statements and then they needed more. I said listen. If this is not going to work lets be done. 3 weeks go by and they lifted the hold and said we were good. The reason we chose them was they charge the processing fee to the buyer. Once we get our dashboard setup it shows they add it to whatever your line item is. So if you do this we are lying to our customers about what the product cost. If they expect to buy something for ***** its not. Its the total price with the fee and no explanation. I said move it to a separate line item and put processing fee. Every restaurant where I live has that on the receipt. They cant do that. I said then cancel it thats not what we signed up for. They cant do that either. So I am stuck paying the monthly fee for something we cant ever use. Luckily I discovered this before I signed the 2nd contract. However they tried their hardest to tell me I had to sign them both first. Very disappointing this is the way they chose to do business.

    Business Response

We are very sorry to hear about your frustrations. As a company we take pride in being flexible and doing whatever we can to accommodate our clients requests. Unfortunately in this situation we are not able to do what the client is asking of us. Due to compliance and industry regulations we can not add a separate line item with a surcharge on the receipt. With the pricing the client signed up for it will not allow us to add a line item on the receipt. Doing that could potentially get our company in some trouble for not following the rules and regulations with the card brands. This could also potentially get the business fined and could even go as far as getting the business shut down from being able to process debit/ credit card transactions in their business for a period of time. The pricing we set you up for is called "Cash Discounting". With this pricing the machine will ring up the higher amount as the card price. When the customer pays with a card it has that cost built into it. If the customer chooses to pay with cash then they will receive a cash discount and get a slightly lower price. The "Cash Discount" pricing doesn't allow for a separate line item on your receipt! Please keep in mind that you reached out to us to get this pricing set up for your business.Your friend who uses our services had told you about our company and our pricing and that is why you called us to get the same pricing set up for your business. You had said you wanted to eliminate a majority of your fees by passing the cost of acceptance over to the customer. We set you up with the pricing to do exactly what you had requested.

As we discussed with you we have no problem canceling out your contract with NO penalty. We are NOT here to hold anybody to the contract if they do not want to work with us. We are canceling out your agreement per your request and wish you the best of luck. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your business.
