    On February 2nd I place an order for a folding stock and was then shown video evidence of it shoddy quality. I sought to cancel the order as I wasnt going to pay a premium price for something so low quality. I cancelled the order on Feb 4 and received an email on Feb 5 from ********************* who told me the refund would process in **** days. After 10 days I reached out with no answer. After 6 days I reach out again, no answer. Today Feb 27 I try calling and am hung up on. Clearly this company intends to steal my money and has no intent to act with any sort of integrity. They hide their business address because theyd have a parade of ****** off customers coming through their door. The business practices carried out by this company wound make the sketchiest **** seller blush.

    Placed an order on October 6th of 2022 and received no updates for weeks. Tried contacting them multiple times through email, phone, and directly through their website - again, no responses. It has been 5 months with no updates and no refund.

    Purchased a part on a manufacturers website. On the website the lead time to receive the order was 2-4 weeks. Order was placed on Oct. 9th 2022. After the 4 week I sent an email threw the companys contract us page. One week later no reply so I sent another email. So on and so forth until a total of 4 emails have been sent. No reply to any email. I got on the web to find a contact number. Finally got the number of the company owner and respectfully told him the situation and he stated we have it in stock and it will ship today, I promise. The same hollow promise he has made countless others I found on the BBB website later. One week later still have not shipped and now he will not pick up the phone. My friend and I both ordered a part from this company and just what we paid for or a full refund if a part isnt obtainable.

    I placed an order on November 9th, 2022 [Order #******], after which I received an email confirmation of the order which showed that the status was "processing". I never received shipping information. Since November 9th, I have sent 4 messages to F5 using their **************** communications form, in which I included my order number, contact information, and a description of my reason for inquiring (to get a status update on my order). I have not received any communication back from F5 after my 4 electronic communications using their standard customer inquiry intake form. Furthermore, I have attempted to call them 12 times using the phone number they publish on their website, in which I have tried all 3 routing options offered by the auto-attendant. In all cases, after selecting any of the 3 options, it transfers me to another line, rings 4 times, and hands up giving no message before hanging up. It seems they have designed a system (digital form and their phone option) in such a way that you never reach them. It seems to me that this business is a scam and they are potentially committing sales fraud.I am simply asking that they contact me to provide an update, and potential a refund if they do not have a reasonable and imminent way to deliver what I purchased.

    On March 24, 2022 I placed an order on ********************************** (Order#: ******). My order consisted of a vertical grip, and a sight that can be mounted on their popular can ****** rifle. After many weeks of patience and many emails, they finally shipped the vertical grip to on 07/21/2022. The vertical grip cost $15. I sent multiple emails to F5 to find out what was going on with the $69 sight that I was still waiting for. They responded to two emails stating the following: 07/07/2022 Dear Valued Customer,We are diligently working on getting your whole order completed. Many of our material suppliers are backlogged, thus slowing our production on certain items. We are committed to fulfilling your order as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this material shortage. Please feel free to contact us at: ****************************************** for more information.08/24/2022 Hi ***,We are experiencing some issues with material supply. We are guesstimating that this issue will be resolved within the next few weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. For your troubles, please accept our 10% discount on your next order ( excluding firearms) Since then, they refuse to respond to any emails, and they NEVER picked up the phone. The company is not responsive through social media either. There is no way to speak to somebody about my order that I never received. I sent two emails requesting a refund for the $69 sight, but they never responded to either of them. I am frustrated by this company and upset that they cannot refund me after 6 months of waiting for the product. I attached the order invoice and the two emails they sent to me. I do not know how to proceed from here. I would appreciate any help with this incident. Respectfully,*****************************************

    I ordered a brace and it came with a magazine. (May 26, 2022) It took a few months to get here first off (sep 8th 2022)When it finally did get here the brace was broken so I asked to get my money back and they sent me a return shipping label after asking a few times for one. So I sent it back, couple weeks later I got another brace in the mail but no magazine this time, I didnt ask for another though.I guess Im stuck with this brace and wont even get the magazine. If they just send the magazine itll be fine.
