    I had placed an order on September 25, 2024 on their website and never received the product. The credit card was charged and there's not been any communication from the seller about updates. As of today (June 17, 2025), it's been almost 9 months. I've emailed and called but there is no response.

    Product ordered 10/12/24. Refund requested in Feb 2025 with no reply. A month later I was emailed asking for further details about my order, and promptly replied. April 2025 I sent an email asking for an update or a refund with no reply. A month later tracking info is updated, and the package was marked delivered May 29. The package never arrived, and my emails requesting a refund or replacement have not been replied to.

    I am rejecting this response because: it was not delivered. A package that size won't even fit in a standardized mailbox. And due to not being the shipper, I cannot file a claim.

    Made 2 orders online with this company on 03/07/25 & 03/08/25 i have yet to receive my items or any form of communication back so i can request a refund. I dont think anyone have $200 to throw away

    I ordered this part December 17th, I did not receive the item until late February. The part came but did not even fit my gun, we made sure to order the correct one. I emailed and stated I wanted to return and get a refund, it took a few days but I finally got an answer and they sent me a return label. Two days later, I sent it out VIA ****. It was delivered March 3rd, I have not received my refund or ANY TYPE OF ANSWER since 3/5 stating he sent off my request to someone else, still no answer on March 13th. I am ******. I want my money and I want this company to no longer do this to ANYBODY else.

    Made a purchase online with company back on January 8th today making this report is the 6th of February and have yet to receive the product I purchase for $174. On the 31th of January I attempted to make contact with them via the sites page and received a notification of a rejected response to their sales email of ************************************ I am marking this as a loss and a ****** learned and hopefully prevent this from happening to others. Judging now by ****** reviews I am not the only one who has had this happen to them.

    I am rejecting this response because: As of this time no charge back has been filed with bank. Original email is stating in the event I did not get a response from business I would be forced to file one. No email or phone number provided by the companies website recieved any response and their online chat feature has server failed messages. Only today when I had to retrieve a number for the company via ************** of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms did I get any sort of communication from someone who said that I would have an update email today as they were "currently being built".

    I ordered a part on 9/29/24 and the website said it was in stock and would take 2-4 weeks to receive. I followed up with 3 emails with no response, checked their website again and it said the part was no longer in stock. I then called the company and spoke to ****, the owner, mid-December and he said he would refund my money. I have not received the refund or any other communications from them.

    Products purchased over 6 months ago and never received. Poor communication and customer service from F5. Very concerning how a company can withhold both the products ordered and the refund. I have seen on social media that they are producing the parts but I am not receiving my order. The owner had my order on his desk and just sat on it. The original customer service representative was replaced with another but no progress made since then. I would prefer my order get completed but I have lost all faith in that happening. I am now concerned that this may be a scam as they are unwilling to expedite my refund request. No progress made to refund me my money to date.

    I placed an order and was contacted by the company to inform me that due to state laws they could not ship the item to me. I said that was fine and they should cancel and refund the order. I was referred to the owner **** who is the only one who can process refunds. After several attempts to speak with him via e-mail and by contacting customer service, I was outright ignored. To date, this company has accepting and is currently holding my funds with no intention of providing any goods or services in exchange.

    Looking for a refund of $***** on a bolt carrier group that was out of stock and never shipped. Order #****** was placed on July 28th 2024 -- F5 Manufacturing deleted the order from my online profile in their store website. On Aug 13 2024 received an email from ***** *. **************** Manager for F5 MFG ********************************** saying the ****************** is Out of Stock and a refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. Order #****** did arrived with the other items that were ordered but no ****************** $*****. Also, the invoice that came showed the bolt carrier group was shipped which is was not. On Aug ******* emailed ***** *. F5 customer service manager asking for an update on the refund of the ****************** that was Out of Stock and not shipped. Got a response same day Aug 30th 2024 from ***** B F5 customer service Manager saying she cannot do refunds and forwarded my request to accounting. 2 weeks went by and no refund issued -- Sunday September 15th emailed the **************** email and got the automatic response saying your concern was documented and someone from customer service would reach out, F5 MFG did not responf to my request. Made a final attempt on Oct 5th asking ****** F5 customer service Manager for an update on the ****************** that never shipped and that F5 MFG sent me an email saying it was out of stock, response from F5 since Aug 30. Looking for a refund of ***** for the ****************** that was never sent due to being out of stock. Attached transaction information of $373.00 on July 29th, looking for a refund of $***** for the bolt carrier group that was out of stock per F5 MFG and never shipped. No refund has been issued on CC that was used for purchase. Last communication from F5 was on Aug 30.

    On July 23rd 2024 I ordered a F5 modular stock system for my scar 16 in FDE. The one I received is black. Per the instructions on their website I I submitted an RMA form, and spoke to their chat bot twice. 1 of those times I received an email saying they are currently closed but a customer service *** will reach out to me on the next business day. Still no one has contacted me. I would call but there isnt a phone number on the website.

    An exchange is easy, a simple mistake made in the fullfilment dept.  Filing a complaint with bbb and leaving derogatory reviews is not our typical customer.  We will have an RMA issued with a refund.

    Per my previous complaint, I received an *** from the company on 08/23 and sent back the product on 08/26. I have yet to receive my refund and on Monday 09/16 I reached out to the company via "contact us" on their website, filled out the online form to be contacted and still have not heard back from the company.
