  I have been receiving calls from numerous companies that retrieve their data from Zoominfo. These companies that are contacting me think that I'm a manager at a completely separate company that I've never worked for nor have any current or past affiliation with. I'm not in any managerial or supervisory role at my job and I only share the same first and last name with the person these companies intended to contact. These companies informed me that they receive their data from Zoominfo. The fact that they're providing inaccurate information to their customer base is just one problem. It's unclear how Zoominfo retrieved my name and phone number as I've never provided authorization for them to to gather my information and provide it to third-parties. I've done very well to keep my phone number and personal information private, so the fact they have this information is very concerning and leads me to believe they have dealings with data brokers on the dark web selling stolen personal information. Furthermore, my phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry and has been for many years now. I've tried calling Zoominfo at the number listed on their website, but the number appears to be disconnected. I'd like to inquire as to where they obtained my private information and request it be removed, but it only appears that I can do so by filling out a web request form. I'm hesitant to provide them additional contact information given the privacy concerns I already have. With so many negative reviews from people with similar issues, why is does Zoominfo still have a business license and still operating???If ******************** isn't going to take reprimand this company, I feel like I'll need to waste valuable time and resources to seek legal action.

  Horrible! This company is a big scam it collects the full name, email, phone number company name of CEOs, mainly contact info of companies ceo's claiming that you can search on their website and connect with other CEOs but it is the biggest scam on earth. Takes all our info and never gives a chance to even search for anyone. When you contact them they try to scam you even more and just hung up. This company should be shut down and stop it from scamming other companies and company CEOs!This is Urgent!. This company must be shut down immediately!

  Shame on the BBB for letting this company exist. How on earth is it legal for these abusive, intrusive "marketers" to call my cell phone? In fact, what kind of salesperson would need a job so bad that they have to work with these horrible scam artists? Do better.

  HORRIBLE company, all their data is scraped from ancient databases and never updated. They have my personal cell phone listed for some business, and I tried to get them to remove the listing or fix the phone number but they will not do it. You CANNOT remove your data, nor can you even update your data. You can send in the forms, email them, call them, they DO NOT CARE. They are the only data company that does not honor privacy requests!

  This company is displaying personal information, publicly, without my consent. It was by pure luck i stumbeled across the profile with my first and last name, but no email account linked to the profile. I have no idea how these scammers were able to access my information, but however it was done was fraudulent. I attempted to fill out the deletion form on their website, but once i clicked 'submit', i was stuck in an endless loop of checking what i had forgotten to fill out, and realizing i hadnt missed anything. This is an extremely concerning breach of my information, and I would like to have it removed as soon as possible.To reiterate, I have never visited this website before this evening. I had no knowledge of this profile until I clicked on it. They are using and probably selling my data without my consent.

  This company displays incorrect information about me. The do not seek any consent when collecting and displaying any of my data. The do not provide tools to control or correct data. They are not providing a good service. They are not even providing an accurate service. They are simply trying to make money by taking advantage of data.

  Zoominfo's practices of distributing my personal data to various software marketing firms have placed me in a challenging position. As a single man living by myself, I face the daily nuisance of receiving numerous calls from ****** assertive sales representatives, all eager to convince me to invest in software solutions that are irrelevant to my personal and professional life. These representatives resort to unsettling methods, including making back-to-back calls in quick succession, feigning familiarity to keep me engaged on the line, and ramping up their forceful selling techniques when I decline their offers. The depth of my personal information shared by Zoominfo, such as my home address, remains a worrying unknown, causing me to feel exposed and taken advantage of. The legality of their operations is dubious at best, and from an ethical standpoint, completely indefensible. Despite having my details removed from their records before, they seem to have been re-entered after a short period. I am determined to sever any ties with businesses that rely on Zoominfo for personal information, denouncing their practices as fundamentally unethical and irresponsible.

  Do not listen to anything their sales people say and use a 10x cheaper alternative. Anything, linkedin, seamless, anything else...Knowing I might not be going through with payment, I was rushed to sign a document which I fortunately used a dissolved business name for. Regardless, after 6 months, they are still hounding me. They call, they email, they send fake messages trying to validate your contact info. Any trick in the book they try. They even try to threaten bringing this to collections and falsely stated they will effect my credit.Stay far far away as their data is not reliable (tried through other companies later on) and their way of business is disgusting. Anything else y'all.

  This company is one of many spam websites that buys poorly verified company data from who knows who collects it. We repeatedly asked them to remove our incorrect information from their website listing and they repeatedly have refused. We tried to at least get them to remove the incorrect street address and they have failed to do that too. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR ****. They have no idea who they are listing, how many employees, or even where the businesses they say they represent are located. All they are doing is buying uncertified lists from a cheap seller.

  Zoominfo business practices are the worst I ever experienced. I send a cancellation notification 4 days late of their 60 day notification and they are unwilling to settle or entertain any other solution than another 12month subscription. They basically told me either pay up or go into collection. Horrible customer service, please stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.
