  We contracted with Atlas Moving Sytems for a one day move from **** ** to ******** **. We gave them a itemized list of the products we needed moved and they gave ** a price for the one day move. They filled the truck to 75% full then came and told me they needed more money. How can this be with a itemized list, they told me I needed to pay more money, when I told them I felt like they were extorting me he said do you want your stuff today? They broke several items and lost the parts for several things they put together and only picked up and delivered 80% of our list. So they left the remaining products at my old house, when they arrived at my new house they demanded the remaining payment, or they were going to leave, I signed under protest and wrote protest on the bill.Worst experience Ive ever had with a company; I have contacted *********************** our attorney general.

  We moved about 1yr ago from WA. I've waited to write this review because we have been so angry and disgusted that this moving company is still in business. They scheduled a pickup date and didn't show, no call, no nothing. After several calls to our sales representative and customer service, they showed up the following day at 11am and told us they needed to take our load in two trucks...really? SO, the next day they showed up with truck #2 and loaded the remainder of our stuff. Originally, they promised us one truck so that all of our belongings would be on one truck. They promised us a delivery within 5 days of pickup. We called everyday for updates as to when our delivery could be expected and we got the complete runaround with nothing but lies and excuses. After almost 3 weeks, they called for a delivery and showed up with one truck. I was devastated when the driver had no idea about the delivery of truck #2! The driver would not unload my belongings until I went and bought money orders for payment. He held my belongings hostage until I came back with the money orders. After I gave them to him, he went back to his truck and counted the steps from the parking lot to my front door and wanted more money. My place was on the ground floor and about 20 steps from his truck. I told him no and that this was not part of the price I was originally quoted. They unloaded some things and then we went to my storage unit to unload the rest (which was part of the original quote). When we arrived at storage, he walked to my unit and counted steps again. My unit was on the ground floor. At this point, he told me he was not unloading until I paid him $365. I said, "You need to start unloading my belongings now or I am calling the police!" They unloaded the truck immediately. As we went through our things a few days later, items were missing and broken. I called customer service to file a claim and they told me I would need to produce receipts for my items! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
